Yes, Keep Me Certified is a certified real estate school in Michigan and a number of other states across the US (we`re growing). Each of our courses have been individually approved by Michigan`s CE Marketplace, the state`s regulating body for continuing education courses.
Not a problem. Our courses were produced in to 2 and 3 credit-hour course topics. Register for a course package or individually, one at a time. We will be releasing the 2023 and 2024 Legal Update Courses in 2023 and 2024 so you can satisfy the NEW state requirement to complete 2 credit hours of legal update credits each year.
Yes, our system remembers where you left off so if you log out and back in to continue a video that you have not already completed, you can fast forward and rewind within the portion of the video that you have already seen. You can do this by clicking in the video progress bar in the video player.
You will receive an individual certificate upon completing all of the modules in a course topic. You will also receive an email containing your certificate. Occasionally our emails get filtered to your spam folder so be sure to check there too.
We take many of the same security measures as major online retailers to ensure the security of your credit card number. You will notice that our website is delivered over https which is a secure transfer protocol. We also do not store your credit card number on our servers.

The 2020 and 2021 Legal Update courses will be produced in their respective year. Once they are approved they will be made available on our website. If you enrolled in our full 18 credit package, the course will automatically be added to your account and an email will be sent out notify you of it`s availability.
Generally this is a "self-healing" process, but if it does not fix itself you can refresh the page and even fast forward back to where you left off. From a pc, the best way to refresh the page is by hitting Control F5 on your keyboard. On a Mac hit Command R. That does a full refresh on your browser. To fast forward, you can click on the "progress" bar that pops up when you hover over the video as it`s playing. Complete all of the elements in a course topic and you will receive a certificate. Then do the same thing with whichever course you want to complete next.
Once you complete the credits you need, you can renew your real estate license online with the state here: www.lara.michigan.gov/icola/Entry. We submit each of your completed credits to the state via CEMarketplace the Monday afternoon after you complete them.
