Kedziora was born on June 11, 1994 in Sulechów, Poland and was into football at the deep end from early on. Miroslav’s father was a coach at the Zielona Gora academies and he started taking him to training sessions and coaching him from the age of four, playing with kids up to four years older than him.

In 2000 he officially joined the Zielona youth setup. In 2010, under his father’s guidance, he played in the final stage of a development tournament in Poland and attracted the interest of champions Lech Poznan.

He joined their second team straight away, took on a leading role and in the autumn of the 2011–12 season earned his promotion to the first team.

In July 2012 he made his official senior debut in a European game against Zetsu from Kazakhstan, and since then with steady steps he started to become a key player for the team.

In total, he made 151 appearances for Lech, scoring 10 goals and providing 12 assists, won a championship and two Polish Cups, before it was time for the next move.

Dynamo Kyiv was the team who made him theirs in the summer of 2017, while a few months later the first call came from the Polish national team, with whom he has played in 26 games to date, scoring one goal and two assists, having previously played at all age levels of the youth teams of his homeland.

In Kyiv he adapted very quickly and became a key member of the team. He won one championship, two Ukrainian Cups, three Super Cups, played in 198 matches, scored seven goals and provided 20 assists, while also working under the guidance of Razvan Lucescu’s father, Mircea.

When the war broke out in Ukraine, Kendziora returned on loan to Lech Poznan in March 2022, playing in seven matches and celebrating a league title.

He returned to Dynamo Kyiv and this season he played in 18 matches, in the league, Champions League qualifiers and Europa League groups.
