Spectrum Customer Service Ranking & Reputation

Charter Spectrum doesn't excel in customer service, but they also aren't known for horrendous customer service.

In fact, multiple consumer studies have Charter Spectrum right in the middle of the pack when it comes to customer service.

While Charter Spectrum suffers from low scores in overall customer satisfaction, their customer service doesn't not seem to contribute to the poor reputation.

Why Choose Spectrum?

As with many cable services, availability is going to be key when deciding whether or not you want to choose Spectrum. The provider may be one of your only options when it comes to cable TV and internet.

However, if options are plentiful in your area, one big selling point you should consider with Charter Spectrum is that they do not require you to lock into a contract in order to take advantage of their services. While this might translate to higher prices, it also gives customers flexibility other providers cannot offer.

Spectrum offers their separate services a la carte. However, the best value is going to be in their Triple Play bundles that include internet, cable TV and home landline.

Bundling the three services together can save you in the long run. Keep in mind, there are no contracts. If you are unhappy with your plan, you have the chance to change it.
