If you've missed a delivery and want to arrange to have your item re-sent to you, you can arrange a Redelivery.
Yes - the fastest way to do this is online. We will automatically try to deliver the next working day if you are not at home first time round. You will receive a red ‘Something for You’ card after the first delivery attempt advising that the postie will return the next day and offering alternative options if required.
