How to cancel your Keepsafe

Any request to cancel a Keepsafe must made by the person who submitted the application. It can take up to ten working days for a Keepsafe to be cancelled.

You can cancel your Keepsafe at any time. You also have a statutory right to cancel your Keepsafe within 14 calendar days from the day after we send you a confirmation letter or email (this is the Cancellation Period).

  • If you cancel your Keepsafe before it has started, you‘ll receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your Keepsafe within the Cancellation Period and your Keepsafe has not started, you’ll received a full refund.
  • If you cancel your Keepsafe after the Cancellation Period and your Keepsafe has started, no refund will be provided.
