The room and service were great. The room and bathroom were very clean and smelled wonderful The bathroom smelled and looked clean. We ordered room service the attendant was very courteous and friendly. However our second night was a bit to be desired as we were awaken to loud partying guest at 2am. Front desk was contacted but unfortunately for us we couldn't go back to sleep.More
Made and got a room for Valentines (two nights). The rooms are always great. The Front desk is very friendly. We love video poker at the Thunder Bar, the staff is always friendly and attentive. It was our 36th wedding anniversary. We can't wait to visit again soon.

Casino has improved greatly. Lots of activities to do and see. Needs more restaurants, maybe Thai food, Sushi Bar or even a good Pizza/Mexican Restaurant. Another idea would be to include more kids activities so the whole family could enjoy. If your not a gambler, there are plenty of things to do. Your 10-20 minutes away from a large shopping mall, Restaurants, etc.

Slot was a little tight but all in all a very good experience enjoy the buffet that open back up very friendly environment

This is the most comfortable hotel room I have ever stayed at. The bed, and especially the pillows were fantastic, unlike other hotels. I also liked the lounge chair in the room which was very comfortable as well. There was also many features included: mini fridge, safe, coffee pot. For the ladies there is a nice make up mirror.
There was also both a separate tub as well as a huge shower! There’s also a bathroom scale to see how many pounds you gained after eating all the great food!
I was also surprised the Buffet was back open. The Thunder Cafe was closed for maintenance, so apparently the Buffet is only open temporarily. They should keep it open in my opinion.
I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t use the steam room & sauna, but it was a holiday and it was filled up. It would be nice if the spa was open until 10:00 pm or so, as it closes at 8:00 pm.
The players club is great too, lots of benefits including free gifts, free slot play, and discounts in restaurants.
I will definitely come back again soon.

Our family had an enjoyable time at the Chinese New Year Celebration. The dinner was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the New Year's Dinner at the Red Lantern and our days of Gambling. Thank you to our Casino Host Tyler.
