- Lene GBrabrand, Denmark11 contributionsWorst service EVER! The food is nothing to write home about. we will never return!
Went to Kritz for brunch last Saturday.
The waiter approached us after a while to take the order but was focussed on everything else but taking the order. Looked around at other tables, had to call him back because he left in a middle of a sentence and before we finished the order. Didn't write anything down (which is fine if you can actually do your job). He repeated the order wrongly on purpose to be funny. We ordered 4 standard breakfast platters, two additional pancakes and a yoghurt. He seemed like he didn't want to listen and had a smart- a.. attitude that does not suit anyone but especially not an old man.
Got the food 20 minutes later but one juice, the jam and the yoghurt from the order was missing. Had to ask the same waiter two times before the juice and the jam arrived - took 10 minutes. We asked not less than 5!!! times for the yoghurt. The waiter even approached us one time and said that it would be there in a minute - and one time saying that the yoghurt wound arrive at our table for dessert! How funny after waiting with an empty plate for 15 minutes! Tens of tables with people arriving after us received there food while I was waiting for the original order. More than 50 minutes after we gave the order for the food I asked for the last time for the yoghurt at the counter "how long time can it take to mix yoghurt, cereals and berries in a glass?" He said he didn't know when I would get it and that I should ask the waiter! I gave up, asked for the bill and said to the waiter that I was tired of waiting for my order and asked why I hadn't received it. He didn't even answer, just looked at me like I was crazy. I said that an apology would have been appropriate, but he just looked at me and turned his back on me and left!
This was the worst service we have ever experienced! Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent waiter!
The food is no better than anywhere else - so if you don't want to waste your time waiting while looking at some old guy trying to act all smart and funny instead of doing his job taking orders and serving food as he is suppose to - Go somewhere else!Written August 2, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Even if I am not buying, the owner takes the time to show all the amazing instruments she has in her shop. She will play on them, let you play on them and will give you the time to absorb all the amazing instruments.
If you are into world music, want something to inspire you, then this is the shop to visit. From Tibetan Singing Bowls to frame drums.

I ain’t no Picasso or Van Gogh but this is a thoroughly enjoyable activity for the whole family and people of all ages. A team of young ladies guides one through the painting process, what colour to use for which technique and two hours are easily spent. Very very enjoyable and well done !Written July 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Lotte PHelsingoer, Denmark22 contributionsWe only went for a single drink but it was a very noisy place with a Dj playing. Maybe with live music it's fine. Nice choise of beverage.
