Took a day trip to Chautauqua park for hiking and it was amazing. Was able to do different trails, are very well marked and in good condition. Views are worth the climb.

Great hike with varying degrees of difficulty. Plenty of trail options and crisscrossing trails so you can roam plenty of places. The hike up to the first and second Flatirons is pretty strenuous but worth the views.

A lovely downtown to walk, shop, people watch, etc. Lots of adorable local shops and restaurants with character and charm. Not your run-of-the-mill chains and cheezy tourist traps.

My second time to drive up Flagstaff Mountain. Amazing views from Lost Gulch and of Boulder. On the way up to the mountain, the Flatirons can be seen.

Went in early May when traveling between Denver and Boulder. Did the 12 to 1 tour. Learned about research between doing at facility. Worth a quick stop if in area.

Amazing time at King Lear. Great performance, amazing effects, and really comfortable outdoor seating. A truly delightful evening and we’ll try to catch more shows next year!

Beautiful. I went on a Saturday morning and was early enough (9 or 10ish?) that it wasn't too crowded yet. There's a path for bikes and one for walking, which I took. A couple of homeless people, but not many and as a single woman walking alone I felt safe. From there I went to the farmer's market, which was great! Then on to Pearl street. By then it was crowded and too busy for me. Highly recommend! Next time I'd want to rent a bike and ride the entire path.

Entrance is in the Continental Divide which is very cool! The Rattlesnake Gulch trail is strenuous but leads to another magnificent view of the Continental Divide about 800 feet up after hiking about 2.5 miles up the mountain.

What a lovely farmers market this is. We visited the Wednesday afternoon market (4pm-7.30pm), bought lots of great fresh fruit, a lovely tub of hummus and also ate some great street food and a local beer

This is a REALLY nice campus. Amazing diversity of trees on well-kept grounds. Food & drink nearby. Organized. Clean.

We went to Boulder Falls on Saturday of Labor Day Weekend, so of course it was crowded. We parked on the shoulder of the highway well back from the parking area. The walk along the highway was rather dangerous. The trail to the falls was very crowded, but easily negotiated. The falls were not more or less impressive than other mountain waterfalls I have seen, but they are more accessible than most. We could get quite close to the the base of the falls with a little rock-hopping, but we had to wait our turn.

Fun stop after hiking in Boulder. We enjoyed the beer selection at Avery and the food as well. If you like sours the Electric Sunshine was quite refreshing on a warm afternoon. The Veggie Tacos with pulled chicken was a large serving with roasted zucchini, squash, broccoli and kale. Staff was friendly and dining outside was enjoyable but did a bit hot even on a 75 degree afternoon.
