The park was scenic and beautiful, so clear it’s looked after immaculately
The toilets were always manned and clean, which can be rare in a theme park. Staff were all friendly and happy. We will be back

A full day of shear delight. That's 5 children that slept soundless that night. Also 5 adults! If I had to give a tip, it would be to have a full day there, as there is so much to do, a half/part day just wouldn't be enough. Great place 🧡

Alton is still a great theme park. Resort not so much but the theme park is great.

First time here since 13, Smiler and Wickerman have been built. Likely in minority but think wickerman is a good replacement for the log flume.

The retrace of nemesis works and not lost anything. Was my favourite ride in the world for a long time and still stacks up. Also great at shifting people through the queue.

Forgotten how far you have to walk across the park. Even in the rain and the first day Smiler , oblivion and wickerman being shut the whole day, it was a good trip.

Great day out. Teacher training day, so took the two kids ... Obviously not a training day nationally, so Friday was quiet. Not a queue at any ride throughout our day, straight onto every ride. Total rides 20 and we leisurely strolled it and popped out of the park for a bag of chips and an ice cream on the front.... Reason for 4 stars, as mentioned, we came out of the park, as prices are far too expensive for food and drinks. £10 for a burger and chips, no drink....
Ride experience brilliant apart from infusion, it needs retracking, it is brutal, rough for a leg dangling coaster, be prepared for a bit whiplash. Got on every ride. Don't agree with the uplift pricing for weekends either, glad we went Friday when it was alot cheaper

We have stopped in the Premium Legoland hotel rooms for many years now, including twice in the last 6 weeks. I don't normally write reviews, but have decided to complete one now, as I feel their standard of service is starting to slip!
These hotel rooms are very costly. When we have stayed they have been £450-650 for one night. Each time, I have requested by email that my child has a birthday card and balloon waiting on the bed (as we have done for many years now). On BOTH recent occasions, even after an email request sent in plenty of advance, there was NO CARD or birthday balloon, as in all previous years and this left my children disappointed (as these little touches make all the difference to small children.) I had to go down to Reception and ask for this to be done. It spoils the little surprise for them-sadly! On both of our visits in the past two months, we decided NOT to eat in the restaurant for our evening meal, as the food was not worth the money whatsoever. In previous years our bill has been near £100 and this was for my children having hummus and carrot sticks and simple ice cream for dessert. They always have VERY LIMITED Gluten Free options and this is difficult for my children. So we saved a LOT of money this year and ordered a delivery to the hotel. Much better! The other downside is how loud the music in the restaurant is, and how VERY SLOW the service is. This is something that my children struggle with. At breakfast on BOTH occasions, we were very disappointed to NO LONGER have the option of gluten free toast! or sausage! Apparently this is due to allergy restrictions! However, I was told by a member of staff at the pizza and pasta eatery on sight, that their new REDUCED choice of gluten free pizza is actually due to cost! So be warned if you are Gluten Free through no choice of your own, Legoland do not like to cater for you! They would rather save money! However, Alton Towers (Cbeebies Hotel) can provide Gluten Free toast, sausage, muffins, cornflakes and 'an all you can eat' buffet. I recommend a visit there instead of Legoland if you have children that are coeliacs and you don't want them to feel left out, or be hungry! Then after being told my children would not be able to have any toast or sausage (thank god they will eat bacon and egg and aren't vegetarian or vegan, otherwise there would have been nothing for them to eat!), the restaurant staff brought out a pancake (containing gluten) as a birthday surprise, with whipped cream and marshmallows for my 6 year old as they sing happy birthday to him! (Like they do for all other children on their birthday.) They were told that he needs GLUTEN FREE! So after his little face looking all happy at the exciting looking pancakes being placed in front of him, they then had to quickly say sorry and take it away from him! They returned with a tiny bowl of pre-chopped fruit as his birthday treat! Then on our second visit, my child who has difficulties with sitting in noisy environments and waiting for long periods of time, was kept waiting for an extend period of time to receive his food! In fact, our entire breakfast slot, took over 1 hour!!!! They brought my food and my other two children's food to the table and then totally forgot about my other child! We had all finished eating by the time his arrived and they had also got his order incorrect! He was at this stage very upset and absolutely starving! Staff were very apologetic and one young male member of staff was very friendly and tried to make it up, but in all honesty, this is not a one off and we have been so many times in the past, that I write this review from many years of experience there. So to conclude, Legoland did NOT fulfil hotel room request, they lacked basic GLUTEN FREE option (toast), service was VERY slow, they incorrectly placed food with gluten in front of my 6 year old and then took it away! So all errors that occurred were directly affecting my children and their birthday experience at Legoland. Here is what I suggest....save yourself £100s and book a premier inn (I got a room for £50, they have little treats for the children in the bedrooms at some of the close by Premier Inns (this was a lovely touch for my children), have a DECENT meal with faster service and GF options in any local restaurant and then just visit Legoland for the day. Or try the Cbeebies hotel at Alton Towers as their breakfast is much better. Even Premier Inn hotels cater for Gluten Free with plenty of GF toast! I think Legoland are simply trying to maximise profits!

Rides thoroughly enjoyable but 2/5 of the main rides (Colossus and Swarm) were not very accessible to someone like me who has thick thighs. Meaning the seats are tiny. 🙃 only other thing was that a ride closed whilst we were in the queue so that was a tad annoying.

Did get to see the first test of the new ride Hyperia which was nice with the other hundreds of people watching.

Overall lovely day out but those two things were a little upsetting and annoying.

The drive-round of the main part of the safari was disappointing. It was jammed solid most of the time. Not safari's fault but folk were instructed not to stop on the right hand side of the road. However this was ignored by a large number of folk and as a result it was jammed for quite long breaks.

My 5 and 2 year old loved Thomas land. I think there were only 2 rides my 2 year old couldn’t go on. We didn’t have to Que very long. The young man working on the carousel 5th April was fantastic with the children!
Only negatives, food is very expensive.
The zoo could do with liven up.

It was my first ever time seeing heights of Abraham. I have to say, Mrs Brassington who was the Victorian lady, really made my visit (this was part of the Victorian weekend) - I’d honestly of paid the entry fee just to see her. She really made the visit, full of energy and life. I’m 26 years of age, and she made me truly enjoy it and also learn about the Victorian period too! I think it’s great, to truly see and interact with. we know she also does the chats worth house to which we will definitely see! We’ve become fans of her. She truly brought great energy and don’t think my visit would have been the same if she wasn’t there, she truly set a high standard. Well done!

We did a Fast Track 1 ski lesson today with Paige C and I just had to come on to write a review giving her some praise. She really is a credit to the SnowDome.

Paige was so friendly, so patient and so good at what she does.

I'm a complete beginner to skiing and I felt so confident by the end of the day. My Mother-in-law came with me, she's had ski lessons before but always likes to take more to build her confidence. She commented that Paige was one of the best we'd seen and that shed come away having learnt lots, despite having done it many times before.

Thanks Paige for such an enjoyable morning.
