Using the UCAS application portal, I applied here online and paid an application fee of £20 for the process. It had always been my desire to study in a western nation, so I looked for schools all over the place. One of my friends, whose cousin is an alumnus of this institution, recommended this university to me based on his cousin's experience. According to a buddy, the campus environment is highly varied, and I'll fit right in. I also did some research on the internet and read several student evaluations about this university. It is ranked 27 in the globe and provides globally recognized curricula, according to my research.

    Fees :

I pay approximately £23,500 per year for my tuition, books, and supplies, I used to pay £1500, annually. My university offered financial assistance in the form of grants/ scholarships/ student loans.

I applied through the UCAS portal and provided my academic grades, references and personal statement within the application. The UCAS portal charges a fee of £20 for the whole process. My favourite football club was birthed and got its name from this city. I always wanted to study here so that I can see my favourite club play up close. There are five universities in this city but I picked this one becuase of its pioneering courses that draws upon world-leading research. It also offers industry relevant programs that will enable me to learn skills, knowledge and experience desired by employers.

    Fees :

My tuition expenses were around £24,000, including the cost of my books. Working part-time while I studied was a good way to supplement my income and gain experience. The work-study aid was accessed by me through the help of the career center only. I got a job working in the University library front desk and earned around £8 per hour. The aid helped me to cover my living expenses.

I wanted to study in the UK because of the quality of education being offered there and they also have a very unique curriculum of their programs. I didn't know anyone in the UK, hence I did a lot of research through the internet and found some of the known universities in the UK who might accept me based on my academic record. Although I applied to 5 universities, my priority was University of Manchester. As soon as I received the acceptance letter from here, I took admission here. UofM is the biggest single-site institution in the UK and globally ranks 27 in the world.

The UCAS portal link is given on the program page through which I applied and paid a fee of £60. My application included details of my undergraduate subjects, grades achieved, personal statement and reference letters. I heard about this University from my friend’s brother who also completed his graduation from here. He recommended this University to me because it offers premium courses that draw upon world-leading research and also maintains strong links with the global industry.

    Fees :

For my program, I paid around £25,000 per year which was all inclusive. However, my room and boarding costs were not included in this amount. The University also offers help with financing through the Manchester Science and Engineering international scholarships, and other financial aids and grants so that we can carry on with our studies.

Criminology has always attracted me and I wanted to study more about it in detail, so I joined the BA in criminology from the University of Manchester. It is one of the top colleges in the United Kingdom. I was intrigued after going through their curriculum.

    Fees :

I pay nearly ?1951600 every year as tuition fees to. My other expenses include food, living expenses, books and stationery, etc. The cost of living is not too high in the campus. You can also avail scholarship after coming to the campus or before completing the final admission procedure. Some of the common, scholarship programme are- Vueville future technology scholarship, The Global Study Awards, etc.

Presently, the university offers more than 100 merit and need-based scholarships and bursaries to international students. Students under 25 years of age, coming from low-income families are awarded GBP 1,000 per year. Meritorious students receive subject-specific scholarships worth GBP 1,000 to GBP 5,000. Apart from merit-based scholarships, international students can also opt for UK scholarships which will cover their tuition fees, transportation, and living expenses.
