I can see why the Saint Hotel is one of the best hotels in St. Pete’s Beach! Our stay was phenomenal.
The service was great! Randy was always at the front desk making sure we had everything we needed. We were given a choice of delicious welcome drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, stocked with wonderful L’Occitane bath and body products, slippers, robes and a microwave.
This hotel has a small boutique vibe with fun retro decor (which I love!). It is near the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars.
I really enjoyed all the small touches - like the fire pit, outdoor games, free parking, kitchenette, trendy artwork and a convenient supply closet filled with water, towels, toilet paper and extra things we might need. They also offer beach gear and bike rentals.
The pool and hot tub area is the perfect place to kick back and relax - surrounded by palm trees. You’ll never want to leave!
We also tried the restaurant - 82 Degrees which has a great view of the water, delicious food and yummy cocktails. Absolutely loved the nachos, parmesan truffle fries and fresh salad. You can also order and enjoy your meal poolside.

I can’t get over how great our stay was!! I’m local and I had some friends in town visiting for a bachelorette party and we decided to get a few rooms here. Matt helped us get check in and get situated, checking in and out was a breeze. I love that you can use your phone as a room key, the decor/vibes were on point, and the pool area is amazing (cabanas and comfy lounge chairs). Mario made sure we were good the whole time! He made sure we had cold water by the pool, put our umbrella up and down whenever we needed and even personalized the room with a happy bachelorette sign for our friend that we’re celebrating. The cherry on top is that the restaurant attached to the hotel, 82 degrees has great food, great service, and they even have poolside service. I will definitely be recommending any friends and family stay here when they visit.

This place definitely has an adult only vibe in a good way. A small quaint pool area that was very clean and so inviting. Palms on all corners , great umbrellas,& each chair with clean towels and a pillow. The room was completely remodeled with a contemporary feel, loved the toiletries that they provided. Nice quality of shampoo , conditioner,& body wash. The bed was very comfortable! Close walk to the beach and sunset was visible from the front of the hotel. The only negative I can say is our dinner at their restaurant;( We started off with the shrimp cocktail and it was so over cooked and dry. We didn’t want to say anything as it’s never the server’s fault. So we both ordered the seared tuna at $32 a plate. Unfortunately the same problem. So overcooked and dry. Our rice was the same way. That was the only downfall. We wanted to give them our business so we cancelled our dinner reservation somewhere else. Afterwords we were able to walk to several bars right down the street that had live music and dancing. So all in all we will definitely return.

We were pleased with our stay at the Saint Hotel in St Petersburg. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. More than that, the Staff (Randy and others) are very friendly and go out of their way to provide assistance in any way possible. The hotel is in a good location in St Pete Beach, not quite on the water; but only a couple of blocks away from the public access (where lounge chairs and umbrellas are available). They have a nice pool, hot tub, and loungers on premises. There are plenty of “beachy” type restaurants in the area and the hotel restaurant “82 Degrees” was very good (make reservations in advance). The only suggestion would be to avoid rooms near the restaurant which can be a bit noisy at times.

My husband took me to The Saint for my birthday and it was a fabulous time! Our room was clean, smelled great, and looked exactly like the pictures. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap and moisturizer. There were 2 water bottles in the fridge. They gave us 2 bottles of sparkling wine when we checked in and left a birthday card on our door. We spent the afternoon enjoying the breeze and delicious drinks under a cabana by the pool. Jenna was super helpful and got us into their restaurant 82 Degrees for dinner. The food was great and the atmosphere was fun with live music playing in the background! The beach is only a short walk away and it's beautiful. We took some great pictures and made memories. Our regret is that we only stayed 1 night. We will definitely be back!

We chose The Saint for our couple's getaway based primarily on the reviews. We agree with the vast majority of reviewers on several points: 1) attentive customer service staff, 2) nice pool & amenities, 3) rooms have plenty of space and 4) the restaurant was scrumptious. We love espresso, so the single service espresso machine was "da Bomb"! But we have two complaints; one minor and one major. 1) First the minor complaint. There is almost no clothes storage in the room. Not even a small chest of drawers to unpack and store your clothes. And only a few hangers which were quickly overwhelmed. We desperately needed something more. If not a chest of drawers, then some extra hooks or shelves. Really anything would have been better. 2) The major complaint is specific to Room 9. Room 9 shares a wall (or ceiling) with the restaurant and that made it unreasonably noisy late into the night and early in the morning. The staff is aware of this problem and quickly offered us earplugs. But that didn't help much. Each night we were kept awake by the restaurant until about 11 or 11:30pm. And each morning they would start making noise again around 7am. And let me say that this wasn't a minor amount of noise. It was very loud. Like someone swapping empty beer kegs for heavy full ones. That kind of noise. Smash, crash, boom. But this problem is easily avoided simply by reading this review and making sure that you avoid Rooms 7 & 9. (those are the two rooms that share walls with the restaurant). I expect better when I'm paying $300+ per night.

This hotel is a very modern hotel with a vibe that is boutiquish and comfortable. The hotel is immaculate with original artwork of contemporary artists throughout the hotel and in the rooms. The common area with fire pits makes for a relaxing evening meeting new friends and relaxing. There is a pool that is clean and warm also. The best way to describe this hotel is cool and classy. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. The staff are there to make sure your stay is pleasant and memorable. Upstairs in a restaurant and bar which continues the cool vibe. You will not be disappointed! Randy and Jenna who managed the hotel were unbelievable hosts. The restaurant staff of Jason and Jes were funny and witty in addition to making delicious beverages..

Darin and I stayed at The Saint from February 26 through March 2 of 2022. This place is the bomb! We were greeted with Rose' Prosecco upon arrival by Randy. Both he and Matt went above and beyond to meet any and all of our requests. The customer service is outstanding at this adorable boutique hotel which by the way, is newly renovated. The rooms all include a small kitchenette which was helpful for storing snacks and small bites.
We enjoyed live music each day at lunch and dinner outside the restaurant, 82 Degrees.. (which has excellent food and drinks). The pool is connected to the restaurant, so we loved listening to music as we lounged in the cabanas. Never did we have an issue getting a chair or cabana during our stay.
We also really appreciated how the hotel provided bikes for us to explore St. Pete as well as wagons stocked with towels, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach.
We will be back... 100 percent!

Very Quaint place , clean very retro and stylish decor.. Bed is very comfy and service is top NOTCH! Friendly staff a bit on the pricy side for not being a beach front but, I would recommend this place to my clients for sure. They have covered all you can think of for being away from home from the robes and disposable slippers to a wine opener .. its about a couple blocks walk to the white sand beach .. Altho , there is a company who will pick you up and shuttle you tot he beach as well.. The pool is salt water which is a plus and there is a restaurant attached that will serve you right at the pool. ! Modern coffee machines in the room that are quite neat and they use a very nice scent in the rooms as well which is nice (no hotel smell) .

We had such a wonderful weekend stay at the Saint Hotel. This property is newly renovated and while small, the attention to detail and service were top notch. The staff is welcoming, the rooms were outfitted with anything you would need and while not on the beach, it is only a short walk and they provide you with a wagon, chairs and umbrellas. You are also offered a welcome drink upon check in. The rooms had L'Occitane products and a pump hand soap instead of bar soap.
We did not eat at the restaurant - 82 degrees, but enjoyed drinks at the bar and an awesome happy hour. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Rooms are non smoking but there is a public street area right in front that may accommodate your smoking needs. This place is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed and will be back soon! Check out 82 Degrees restaurant, awesome live entertainment, delicious food and creative cocktails. It is close to everything, especially the beach and bars!
There are a multitude of events and things to do in St. Pete and on the beach for new years! Please give us a call and we can give you the full breakdown of what we recommend!
