“Guitarist Chambers achieves the distinctly American blues/soul/country/rock sound that the
Stones used to aspire to long ago.” - Jerry Shriver, USA TODAY

Florida born Sean Chambers began his career in the blues back in 1998 touring with the legendary Hubert Sumlin (guitarist for Howlin’ Wolf) as his guitarist and band leader until 2003. During his tenure with Mr. Sumlin Britain’s Guitarist magazine named Chambers “One of the top 50 blues guitarists of the last century.”

Chambers has released eight full length albums over his career, receiving steady blues airplay around the U.S and overseas in addition to nods from The House of Blues Radio Hour as a Blues Breaker’s Pick and on Sirius/XM Radio’s blues channel as a “Pick to Click.”

In March of 2020 Chambers went into the studio to record his latest album titled That’s What I’m Talkin About which is a tribute to his mentor, the late great Hubert Sumlin. Released on the Quarto Valley Record label, the album reached the Top Ten on the Billboard Blues Charts and received great accolades and rave reviews around the globe.

Sean Chambers and the members of Savoy Brown met after playing a festival together in 2019. Savoy Brown, as early adaptors of the blues rock sound in England in the 1960’s, were heavily influenced by Howlin’ Wolf and all parties shared a love for the blues that spans the globe. Their collective passion for the music offered much common ground and a friendship was quickly born.

Shortly after the unfortunate passing of Savoy Brown's founder & leader Kim Simmonds, Sean Chambers teamed up with the Savoy Brown Rhythm Section in early 2023. The friendship formed four years prior blossomed into a musical side project, all in the name of carrying the torch and paying homage to the music that they love. Kim Simmonds was in full support and gave the three his blessings shortly before his passing on December 13th, 2022. Pat DeSilvo (bass) and Garnet Garnet Grimm (drums) join Sean Chambers to create what is undeniably one of the most entertaining and powerful blue music trio's on the scene today!
