Not a 4 star Hotel

We have stayed there for 6 nights. The room was big and have nice ocean view, but not really clean. Room service was poor too. The reception staff was helpful. Getting taxi from hotel was a difficult process, we waited for more than half an hour once. I will not recommend this hotel.

A quality stay

Hotel extremely well located in relaton to both city and seaboard. Room was well appointed and spacious and well serviced, with wonderful view, A strong sense of comfort. A very pleasing location to return to at the end of the day, with a high-end feel about it.
Nadia Simon, the Guest Services Manager, was particularly solicitous with genuine attention to insuring a positive guest experience on my part..

Heritage stay

The hotel was beautiful and pleasant to stay in. Was dissapointed that halaal food was not available for breakfast. Halaal is not vegan. We can eat meat. I was surpised the assistance didn't understand. But I can say that if you are not muslim the place is amazing. Situated close to the city and V n A, table mountain and Hout bay. Stunning views. Good stay but the food should be considered.

The President Hotel is Halaal friendly but not a Halaal Hotel. We would be more than happy to out source meals for any Halaal guests. We have a great company that we work with and the food is really tasty.

MUNYA REVIEW

Great hotel and value for money.Good location as well but breakfast buffet meal had no variety.Kept eating the same thing over again.Cleanliness was suspect at times.times. Overall y its a beautiful hotel and my wife and I loved it.Would definitely return.

Great experience, President Cape Town

visited in 2nd week of Sept,15 with group and opted to stay @ President Hotel.. front rooms are with picturique and sea view side but the rooms in back side are little disappointing in place of views. room size was enogh spacious with full cleanness in bedding and other parts... toilets also easy to use as per client comfort level full with all amenities..even room service was amazing.. seeking the hotel pool size seems too small so missed the chance to use...restaurant & bar service were really good but unable was missing Indian food taste..
