what happen to the promise add on. it the best add on for movies and tv shows. unlike the rest it only pulled up likes to the movie/TV show you were looking for, none of that hears the links and 1/2 are not the movie/tv show you were looking for. It even had free links and paid links.
The once great apps The Crew, Scrubs 2.0 and the even Alvin have reduced greatly in content availability as of late.
I think their scrapers have been scrapped and part of the recent EU crackdown on piracy streamers and content resellers.
Live IP-TV is the best reason to use Kodi. For the old tv episodes and newer live events torrenting is just easier as of Dec 2023.

if you are happy with your current Kodi setup there is no need to change a running system. but if you ever want to use any addons you may want to use the newest Kodi version.

Hi Tom kodzi is not working on 19 or 21 kodi
your internet is slow. your BEST bet (can even watch 4k 1080p at 600kBps or 5Mbps). use crew search a movie or TV show. some are compressed ALOT but u can’t tell the difference. so after you search and the list of sources pop up. look for the movie that is the SMALLEST file size. you’ll see ##.##GB. ##.##MB. choose the MB file size sources. also if your not using a provider like real debrid (cost like 2$ a month) your gonna have way less options. options you do have may be uploading slower then u can download. TURN OFF AUTOPLAY. hit the left key at any screen but especially sources screen. and you want to change that to Long list (will be 1st option you can change when the window from the left comes out don’t choose media info. thumbnails or any of that for the source screen. only list. Big list. names could change so whichever gives u the longest list on screen) there are 4k movies that are 600mb. which if your on any type of high speed. should be able to handle (unless u got other people streaming and playing video games) you DO NOT HAVE to sacrifice quality to get a non buffering stream. theres SD movies that are massive in file size you wouldn’t be able to stream at all. watch for the file sizes on the source menu and choose ones that have. MB sizes or 1Gb to 1.5GB. tops.. remmember a longer movie means less data is traveling through your downlink even if the file is 2GB on a 3.5hr movie. it’s going to stream better then a 1.5 hour movie that’s 900mb. if ur using a cellular hotspot. remmember almost ALL are not unlimited. you get 100mb. 5gb. 15gb maybe 20gb. and then the speed goes down to old 3G speed which in a good service area your looking at ~600kbs. not bytes, bits (8x slower then the 6KBs I mentioned above). if your internet is not being used by others. And playing small file size movies isn’t enough. your internet maybe jittering and dropping out off and on so much the player can’t cache or the server provider is limiting you/cutting you off. Get the crew wizard. download all the crew stuff. or the green monster build (don’t worry about if 19.2 matrix is listed. as long as u have the new matrix version). install that. try totally free stuff. or sign up for Realdebrid or All debrid. I Suggest real debrid. 2 to 3$ a month.. its best 2 to 3$ a month u can spend on anything. very simple to do. Google and Green Monster has an account listed that will link your RD account to your add-ons. saves from manual entry.

Hi Tom,
Take the most common add on that you like and go into settings and look for results and most will give you option in there to select what shows or movies in the format that you want .
Also look at the list on the page for tools or wizards and install the EZ Maintenance app and use there optimal or advance settings where it looks at your device then gives you the setting you need to reduce buffering, which makes a big difference. Also if possible use a wired connection or course.

Just wanted to say thanks for the article. I came looking for IPTV add ons and ended up installing EZ Maintenance & Add That Source amongst others. Unlike some others I don’t expect you to do everything for me. I’ll take the time to install and test add ons I’m interested in and if they aren’t suitable I uninstall them no big deal! It’s my set up so I take the time to ensure its to my liking. As for debrid services I think they represent great value for money. They cost very little really, provide many more links and solve most buffering issues. As most of us are effectively getting free TV, Movies etc we’re saving money already! We can’t confirm this. In fact, quite the opposite is the case. It has been a long time since we had so many top-notch addons out there. We highly suggest you to do a fresh install of Kodi 19 Matrix, use Real Debrid and enjoy the content.
i can confirm that if you stay with 18.9 and use the oath you dont need any other addons or debrid and you dont have to worry about the glitching and freezing of 19

It’s one of the best addons: it integrates gaming into Kodi for Linux users so you can launch all of your games through Lutris from within Kodi.
Half of them are not working! (Limitless for example)
And it would be VERY appreciated if in your reviews you noted which ones are really free, what most of us are looking for, and which are mainly real debrid focused, which are not free and just pain in the as* and waste of time installing just to find out that without debrid they are useless!
