'The King of Queens' Star Leah Remini Slashes the Price of Her L.A. Pad by $1.5M

Leah Remini just lowered the price of her swanky Studio City, CA, home by $1,500,000.

The star of TV's "The King of Queens" and the "Old School" film initially listed the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home in September 2022 for $12,995,000. After a contingent offer fell through, she reduced the price by $500,000 in October 2023. It dropped to $11,999,000 in January 2024.

Here's hoping the new price of $10,500,000 will attract a buyer.

The 10,100-square-foot home in the Lockridge Estates of Fryman Canyon was built in 2001. Remini purchased it for $3,750,000 in 2003.

The 1.5-acre gated lot in a cul-de-sac includes an infinity pool, a putting green, and a guesthouse.

The main residence has a grand foyer with a staircase and a 20-foot ceiling. The study features custom built-ins and wainscoting.

The formal living room has a vaulted ceiling, a wet bar, and double doors to the backyard.

The formal dining room offers custom millwork and an oversized picture window with garden views. The kitchen is equipped with a curved counter, a center island with a sink, and a breakfast nook with a window.

The second floor has four bedrooms and a home theater. The primary suite comes with a sitting area, dual bathrooms, and multiple terraces.

Other noteworthy features include a laundry room, a second-floor family room, a glam room, and three fireplaces.

The monthly homeowners association fee is $1,000.

On her 2014 reality show, “Leah Remini: It’s All Relative,” the actress shared a peek of her elegant estate.

Remini, 53, got her start in Hollywood as Charlie in the popular 1980s sitcom "Who's the Boss?" She also had recurring roles in "Saved by the Bell" and "Evening Shade," before taking on the role of Carrie Heffernan in "The King of Queens" from 1998 until 2007. Remini became the host of the Game Show Network series "People Puzzler" in 2021.
