This review is primarily for the VIP Ticket Package and seating in sections 201 & 202 of The Joint. I've seen concerts before at ground level and SRO. The configuration of standing or seating varies from show to show. Keep in mind, for seated events, people will stand up in front of you once the concert starts. My suggestion is if you have discretionary income to blow, get seats at a table in one of the VIP sections.
In sections 201 & 202 (one floor up from ground level on either side), you pay a premium for seats at tall tables for four. If you're just a couple, you'll be seated with someone else. However, there's plenty of room to move your chairs around to create your own personal space. If you wanna splurge, you can buy the table for yourself.
For VIP, you get personally escorted from the ticket office to your seats. All of your cocktails are comped. So, if you get seated early, you can enjoy more free cocktails. You have your own waitress who serves you. You tip her at the end of the night. The restroom attendant (only on the men's side) hands out complimentary snacks and other goodies. Overall, going the VIP route is a pretty cool experience with less hassle than being in the mix of the SRO crowd.

We saw Old Dominion at The Joint - our first time in this venue. What an amazing venue. From getting tickets through their site to experiencing the VIP service to the entire team at The Joint, they know how to make a concert a special experience. We sat in the upper balcony and our seats were comfortable with a great view. I honestly don't see how there is a bad seat in the house here. Fans on the floor with general admission had close interaction with the band, too.

It's a pretty good venue for a concert. The sound was perfect. My ear were not ringing three days later, so that's a huge plus. But... the trials of a short gal. I was within the first four rows and got shuffled behind a 7 foot tall guy. (I am not joking, he was towering!!) So I couldn't see anything after the first four songs. I suggest a spot at one of the rails for those height challenged. I had to give up and move all the way back to the bar to see anything besides heads and cell phones.

First opportunity to see a show at The Joint. Kenny was great but the acoustics and the mix was horrible. Sat in the seated area, where there were enough idiots standing and trying to dance the entire show that we had a limited sight line. I would never see a show at this venue again. Just a note, in case one of the morons that stood all night might happen to see this, if you want to stand and "dance" all night...buy a floor ticket so the rest of us can see the show.

We went to see Tracy Morgan and the showtime on our ticket was 9:00. We went to the line at 8:30 but it was ridiculously long, pretty well all around the whole casino. We hung back and sat down but the line never did go down. We got into the venue at 9:45. Their were only 2 security lines and everyone had to check their cellphones into these cases. Somehow we managed to see all 3 opening comics so the people that got in early must have had a very long wait. Our seats were poor, regular chairs, not comfortable and too close together. We will never attend another event at The Joint.

We were here on Christmas Day for a concert. Sound was good but the 2 tv screens were not of very high definition and the so visual was not good. I was suprised by the box office as they were gone by 6 something so I had to come the next day to gather more details. The videographer sometimes was not able to follow where the artist going and no head shots so I could not really see how the artist was looked. I was on the 5th row of section 303 and it was considered very front on this upper floor. I guess with better visual, I would rate it better.

I've divided this review into 2 categories: Venue Set Up and Concert (itself)====
VENUE SET UP: I had never been to this venue before and scoured the internet for pictures or 'virtual seating charts' so I could decide what section to buy tickets in. The best description I can give you (in addition to the pictures I've attached) is that it's floor seating that goes up on a gradually-sloping-incline as you go backward behind the Gold sections. The stage is raised up above the seating (I wasn't sure if the seating raised above the stage, or vice versa). The Balcony seating is stacked in 2 sections (Level 2 is directly above and flush with Level 1). It's a very cozy venue and MUCH more pleasurable than an arena setting. There probably isn't a bad seat/view anywhere. I was in row PP, Gold2 and had a GREAT, UP CLOSE view of the whole show! Sound is load, but tolerable and HIGH quality.
CONCERT: Barrett Baber was amazing...this guy and his band are going to reach high places and have a promising future. RASCAL FLATTS was a 5-Star performance!!!! Highly entertaining on a comical, history filled, and was truly a song rich masterpiece!!! Their special effects with the latest musical gizmos was astonishing!!!
ALL IN ALL: I highly recommend both The Joint as a primo venue and RASCAL FLATTS' concert!!!! LOVED ALL OF IT!!! <3 <3

Spent a lot of money on tickets to see Sandler, MacDonald etc. Was completely excited. Could have seen them in my hometown but went to Vegas to see them. Our seats were in the back and we could not hear anything. No one tells you there is standing room in the back as well as the bar, where many people stand around talking. No one tells them to be quiet. I cannot believe I spent so much money for tickets for a show I could not hear.

This venue was absolutely amazing. We were right next to the stage. I've seen Kenny in several Football stadiums and this venue blows them away. We were so close we could touch him. If you have the opportunity to see a concert here, I highly recommend the venue. Kenny Chesney is great no matter where you see him!

I have seen three different concerts at this venue when I have visited Las Vegas. It is a great venue for concerts and productions. The seating tiers are great and they have a table service on the second and third levels along with a suite seating area on the second level as well. They only offer drinks and no food is available in the venue but many food options on the casino floor. The drinks are on the high side $13 for Bud Light and $9 for a water so I would not go to nuts on the alcohol anyway, lol. This venue is unfortunately going to close when the Hard Rock closes to become Virgin Property in Feb. 2020. But they still have a lot of events going on until then at the Joint!

I’m coming from out of state and my ID is pretty banged up and doesn’t scan properly and wanted to know if they scan ids there before I purchase my ticket and fly out there.

The Hard rock hotel has an entire parking lot dedicated to concert guests. It's on the right side of the Hotel..

When I was at the Joint I can remember seeing a coat check. To be honest with you it is better to take a sweater or a cardigan with you and that way you can just tie it round your waist and that way you won't have the hassle of worrying about a coat.

I'm not sure if your question pertains to the Hard Rock or me. If you are interested in the concert schedule for the Hard Rock in Las Vegas, check their web site.
If your question is for me...I will be in vancouver next week to see AWOLNATION
