Having looked at a dozen ALF locations, The Grande was by far the absolute best location we found. All the staff were engaged with super personal attention to our needs. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful home for our loved one. Thank you.

My mother has dementia but highly functioning. The dementia unit is new. I rarely find her in her room-usually out socializing (encouraged by staff) which has led to fewer calls from her to me about loneliness. Thank you!

The overall situation with The Grande is good. Nice location, clean, friendly staff. Little things seem to get forgotten or just not done well. Food is late or cold, but it does get served 3 times a day. Meds dispensed but not consistently at the same time, it varies. Activities are slim to none. Management turnover and the “retirement” home is now more like a “nursing” home.

The Grande has assisted with y mothers transition to an ALF. The staff does there best to care for all with dignity and respect. Grateful that this place is in my community.
