Now that she's arguably the biggest sports star in the state of Indiana, Caitlin Clark is getting all kind of request from her new fanbase. One such request was a rather unusual one.

Appearing at a recent Indiana Pacers game, Clark was asked by a fan to sign their ultrasound.

"Caitlin Clark’s youngest fan 🥹 a fan asked @CaitlinClark22 to sign her ultrasound at tonight’s @Pacers game," the Indiana Fever posted with the video.

Fans found the scene both interesting and very, very funny.

"I think the story is the baby was conceived the night she passed Pistol Pete," one user joked.

"This is the most Indiana thing I have ever seen," wrote another.

"I saw Caitlin sign a lot of autographs this year. This is a first," a third pointed out.

"Baby’s name will be Caitlin if a girl," a fourth declared.

The Caitlin Clark Effect has been in full force for the Fever since before the team even made the pick. The Fever have not only been selling out all of their home games, they've been selling out nearly all of their away games as well.

Clark might be the biggest draw in Indiana sports since Andrew Luck or even the great Peyton Manning.

Just how big will Clark get? And how high can she climb in the American sports scene?
