don s This is really lame - it has zero to do with the previous movies and only tangentially shares the same theme (ghosts). The book that is the springboard to the ghostly activities is simple-minded and hokey. The acting is really bad too. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Classic Funny Horror Film!!! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Horror is a funny way to describe this comedy. Cheesy effects, funny dialogue, actual subtle twists and turns that isn't predictable like so many formulated horror films. In between the knees peek? HILARIOUS! The Eye 3 has a surprisingly good plot that so many movies today (especially horror films) lack. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member cant say i was impressed by this 3rd film it does try to do something diffrent with the franchise premise and adds a bit more humor to it but in no way was it really scary and is a bit of a disapointment more than anything Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member I loved the previous films, but this one was just crap. I don't think the Pang Brothers wanted to take this movie seriously. They've shoved in all these jokes and they've shoved out all the scary components. The ghosts in this one don't look frightening at ALL! The plot is like one of those American teenage horror stories. The script is very different from the previous two films. It's about a group of 20-30 year olds who go to Thailand to visit their friend. They play a game that allows you to see ghosts. This is where the whole seeing ghosts concept of the franchise comes in. The problem is that the plot reminds us so much of the teen horrors that we see in America. It's a very dumb plot. The ghosts in this film seem to have lost a scary appearance. The ghosts in the previous films were scary, but these ones were so lame. They didn't scare me at all. The jokes weren't very funny. I think there was only one joke that I found scary. The rest was just stupid, ridiculous nonsence. It ruined the atmosphere of the film. This is one of the least scariest, dumbest films that i've ever seen. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member While cleverly nodding to the other "Eye" movies and has much creativity to it, The Eye Infinity's relentless attempts on delivering tasteless comedy/horror ultimately fails to live up the legacy it's predecessors created.
