Carlos I It's forgettable exploitation action. I wish I could speak more on it, but really, I barely remember it... Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/16/24 Full Review Sean M Pretty entertaining and cheesy 80s flick about revenge. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/08/23 Full Review Music E Excellent Film. Worth Watching. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Definitely wait for it to show on cable/tv - and definitely watch for ten minutes as a guide as to how NOT to make a believable compelling or well choreographed film. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 11/28/21 Full Review delysid d it's a movie based on a song Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/07/21 Full Review Audience Member Pros: That was one a KICK-ASS action movie! First of all, it has everything a typical "action movie" has--Fighting, chasing, a hero/heroine trying to foil and/or undo the evil deeds of a villain. Second of all, it is like the Like the "Moteurs... Action! Stunt Show Spectacular" they had at WDW's hollywood studios--A bunch of fire and motorcycle stunts. Side note, you could say it is like Marvel without superpowers. And lastly, that is TRUE HEROISM, Buck Matthews! Cons: The only thing is a little less gruesome and more realistic. To be specific, first, a cop should NOT just submit to the villain--Cops are there to ensure communal safety, by bringing violent criminals to their knees. Second of all, a little girl (Judith Barsi) getting a bloody nose? Tone it down, guys. Another thing is how the main character is treated--I know he got in a bar fight once, but Buck Matthews is putting his life on the line for the town, and prosecuting him is how they repay him? On a sidenote: Did anyone notice how the 2013 movie "Homefront" almost follows the same storyline as Eye of the Tiger? Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
