The movie felt like a rushed project made by a over-the-top kid. The dark tower made me loose brain cells and lacked in creativity. It really felt like a fever dream because it changed so fast you couldn't understand the plot. "Oh no a dude that turned into ur father! DONT FALL FOR IT" also the main characters a boy but he sounds like a girl. Overall a very sh!tty and poor written movie. -1/10. For the love of god don't watch it!!!!!!!!!!

I liked the dark tower, unfortunately others didn't, so the planned movie/TV franchise will never happen, so I have taken to buying the books. Elba is great as Roland and Dennis haysbert in his usual small outing pleased as always. All in all it's worth a watch, if nothing else it's a reason to start reading the books, which by all accounts are amazing
