The Corner Store

I cannot believe that I don't have a review up for my favorite Corner Store. These guys are awesome. I love coming in for breakfast sandwiches, salads, or a quick cold drink on the run. They always have what I'm looking for and are always super friendly. You can also order ahead for pickup.

We've also done large orders here. The biggest one was for 40+ separate orders each with a different combination of sides. I couldn't believe that they managed that whole order without any mistakes. And everyone loved the food.

If you need something fast or you need some catering, definitely stop into this corner store. They will have just what you need and make the whole process as easy and pleasant as possible.

We already have our next big order in the works for our Swing Dance workshop in the fall. (You should join us for that and eat some delicious food from the Corner Store!)

Been coming here since I was a kid the deli is great it's all cheap but good quality people are friendly.

Always so happy to find a new "go to" place for something quick. Over the last 6 months, we have stopped in at least once a week. Drove past for many months, seeing a daily chalkboard sign advertising one special or another, and so many times said "Gotta try this place". So glad we did.

The menu prices are more than reasonable, but there have been posted specials even less than the menu prices. Have had a variety of hot & cold subs, chicken finger & fish fry dinners. All enough to split for 2 for dinner. The dinners also come with a can of pop. One of their specialties, chicken over rice, has a very unique and flavorful spice blend that was excellent, and the portion, like other dinner portions, was huge. I do, however, still have another place more specialized to steak subs, when in a steak sub mood, but for all others, they can't be beat... especially for the price.

The proprietor is courteous and friendly. And seems to enjoy his customers. Definitely 5 stars.

I love this place.We live right around the corner so this place is really convenient for us. They have a large deli counter with reasonably pricey meats and cheeses. I haven't had their subs yet but they have a giant board full of everything you can order and I definitely am going to have to try a sub soon. We ordered 2 fish fries on the first Friday of lent and we're lucky because they were almost out at around 7. The fish fries were excellent, especially since they were only $7.99 each. They weren't beer battered but still really good. I wasn't a fan of the cole slaw though. It came with fries and cole slaw and a piece of the bread. Not the best fish fry ive ever had but it was very good and for that price you can't beat it. I'll definitely be back to try the subs.

Update: as I was writing this review I got hungry and ordered a sub. It was great. Perfect roll, delicious meat, fresh veggies. The price at 4.99 for a 12" was great. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Maybe this isn't a good thing but now I can't live without the steak egg and cheese breakfast hoagie. Wow. Will cure any hangover.

Great food for very reasonable prices, especially their daily specials. Awesome deli meats and wings. Breakfast sangwiches are great as well.

It's not a bodega this guys an idiot. Predominately puerto rican? Obviously he's never lived or spent much time around this area. He did get one thing right, it is a mini grocery store and they make great food.... None of which is Puerto Rican but it's still

Total ripoff. Charged me hidden fees for using my credit card. No signage information about said fees. Avoid.

Great place. Great sandwiches. Workers are Awesome. This corner store is absolutely better than the other corner store located at elmwood Av. in Buffalo

Used to love the family who owned this and now the "new" owners have proved to be just as awesome. Mo works behind the counter and is always so pleasant and nice.

They make a MEAN beef on weck and the fries and chicken fingers are amazing. I know it seems weird to order dinner from a corner store but I'm telling you, the food is amazing!

Conveniently located and always feel like a community member when you're in there chatting! Love them.
