Went to see a movie with a friend. Wanted a soda before going in to see the movie and waited In line for at least 25 minutes to order and receive the soda. Walked In the theater and someone was in our assigned seats, had to get help on that problem. Show was good, not kid at all, and the seats were great and comfy! After the movie met another friend At the bar. We were very well taken care of. Will return.

We have been going to this theatre since it first opened many years ago and it was the best and the food was fantastic! But since changing management / owners the quality and quantity of the food isn’t the same. Also, in several of the theatres the seat arms are very worn out and raggedy.. it’s like resting your arms on sandpaper. They also don’t show that many choices of movies like they once did. Its sad to see how much this beautiful place has changed, we prefer to go to one of the other local movie theatres now.

My husband and I are frequent visitors of our local CineBistro in Florida, however, this CineBistro is unlike any other we have seen. Not only is it entirely just CineBistro seating, but it's attached to a sports bar / bowling alley. The place is beautiful and decorated with top notch decor and the staff is very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit wile in Virginia and will definitely be back the next time we are in Virginia.

Having been uprooted and replanted into the Hampton area from Austin, TX is enough of a culture shock for anyone person. But anyone who has ever been to an Alamo drafthouse would have been horrified by the service experience at Cinebistro that hubby and I suffered last night. We have been to iPic, Galaxy theaters and the Alamo drafthouse - all which offered the same fundamental service that was touted by Cinebistro - dinner and a movie. We arrived for an early evening show at Cinebistro and were one of two couples in the theatre to see the movie. The theatre itself is beautiful, but that was where the similarities to other dinner/movie theaters ended. The seats didn't recline and although wide and cushy, were short of being comfy. But the real problem I had was the service. I love to tip for good service - servers are on their feet, hustling to get your food to you, and to ensure that you (the patron) has all you might need. Not here - a server arrived to ask for my order, and to inform me that there was a mandatory 17.5% tip included on the bill - and oh, by the way, once they brought your meal, anything else you needed you have to go to the concession stand to get yourself. But, if we felt like we wanted to tip more, we could. So, we did not tip more - just the mandated 17.5% ( which is fundamentally WRONG - why should I pay for wait staff sevice before I know what the service is like? ). And guess what? We didn't get our drinks for 45 minutes, and our food for another 45 minutes after that - so an hour and a half wait for food and drinks in a movie theatre that had only two couples for dinner. But then why should the server worry? They already made their tip! And not even an apology for the wait. So, bottom line - liked the theatre, but I probably wouldn't go back because of the lack of service.

Facility has recently changed management! I don’t normally rate local attractions but I wanted to warn everyone once I looked up its ratings after going to the movies last night. Entrance and lobby look great, but once you are past the registers it all goes down hill. Seats are worn and dirty, direct contrast with entrance. Service is prompt as soon as you arrive, but disappears completely after movie start. Food is horrible and overpriced. My family ordered two chicken tender platters and a kids meal and pub pretzel appetizer($65). Coleslaw was mainly lettuce, onion and mayonnaise. Chicken was oily and rubbery(cooked at improper temperature). Fries were oily, rubbery and cold(Temperature again). Pretzel made by someone who has no idea what a pretzel tastes like and dipped, dripping in oily butter. They advertise as upscale but are anything but, both movie/dinning facilities in this area are horribly managed.

Staff was nice but this is the worse place to eat. Doors entering the theater open outward, so you cant open the doors and carry your food. Servers and everyone else dropped food all over the place. You dont get any type of tray to carry your food and drinks. I dropped my food at the entrance trying to juggle a plate, drink and open the door. Very irritating evening.

I've been to this place many times and it is by far the best movie theater I have ever been too. The prices are a little steep when it comes to the food, but the experience was fantastic. Great service the employees were very professional. I highly recommend getting the fish and chips or the Chicken and bacon sandwich. Also, the appetizer of monster nachos was fantastic and more then enough.

We were Marylanders celebrating our 36th anniversary and decided to try this theater since the reviews were good. Upon entering the theater, we felt like we were in Hollywood. We took the escalator up to the entertainment area. They have a movie theater that serves real food with servers bringing your food and drinks to you. We had tasty wings and could not eat all of them. Before or after the movie, you have the option of having drinks at the bar, bowling or shooting pool. This is an excellent place for a date night. The prices are reasonable. (The gratuity is included in the bill if you have them serve you your food) The location is great, in an upscale shopping center. You could spend a day here
with such a variety of things to do. We will definitely go to this theater again whenever we are in the area.

The Cinebistro has become my favorite way to watch movies. The food is very good and by selecting our seats ahead of time I can ensure my wife and I have a great seat for the movies I want to see most. I have been to other Theaters like this, but they are cheap imitations by comparison. Most people find it a little pricey, but the gratuity is included in the bill. Also, when you consider how much you pay for candy and soda to sit in a regular theater, it's not that expensive.

While the fusion of a restaurant with a movie theater isn't exactly a new concept, doing it RIGHT at Cinebistro - is. It should be clarified that this is not a typical outing at the movies and one should be prepared to spend. The result of this premium experience is the absolute finest dining / movie watching combination available! The first step is seating. Seats are assigned as your tickets will indicate. This also means you have the option to reserve preferred seating on their online seating chart before your arrival. Which eliminates the worry of sell-outs or forced to find seats together in an already crowded theater house commonly found at the competition. Second to none, the seats themselves are a thick padded leather lounge chair that also rocks. Comfortably made wide and roomy with aisles that are so wide that you cannot touch the seat ahead of you with your feet. (Your knees will thank you.) The staff is plentiful here. Ready and waiting to assist in conveniently finding your seat and placing your order for food. Speaking of the food the menu is abundant without getting carried away excess. In addition to the ever familiar popcorn and candy option the menu elevates to appetizers such as Crab dip with lump crab, Hot Wings and Grilled Chicken Quesadilla to name a few. Salad and sandwiches are also featured. Highlights are the Ribeye Cheesesteak, Pulled Pork BBQ and Bistro Burger. If you are looking for something a bit more, Cinebistro lastly offers well prepared entrees such as Pan Seared Salmon, Grilled Marinated Sirloin and BBQ Spare Ribs to name three. Or, if you were merely interested in only dessert a Deconstructed Peanut Butter pie or Cheese cake will always pair nicely with a generous list of coffees. The menu rounds out a healthy selection of martinis, wine, cocktails, house specialties and beer. As for the theater house, Cinebistro offers excellent screen size sound. A pleasant pre-show of wildlife or nature footage sets the mood for calming comfort instead of annoying product or TV commercials found elsewhere. Not content to just stop here, Cinebistro offers much more in addition to movies and dining. Arriving earlier than expected? A full bar will easily pass time while waiting for your movie to be seated. If you happen to arrive much earlier than expected a bowling alley (Yes. A bowling alley.) will aid you in working up an appetite before dining. In all, Cinebistro has clearly set itself apart. Modern, yet classy. Highly family friendly, yet designed to appeal to adult appreciation and decor. Couples of all ages will find it catering to their likes as a safe and entertaining place to spend an evening together or with friends. And finally, we had experienced a problem with our dining during a show on only one occasion where a dessert was either forgotten or mis-delivered. In a calm manner management was informed of the error afterwards. In turn, our food bill was completely reimbursed with complimentary future show tickets included. Over and above expectations I was impressed that management mirrors the Cinebistro image... greatness. We will return many more times to come. Bravo!
