The Boiled One (Also known as PHEN-228) - Is an extremely tall dark mass with a "red melted face", as described by some viewers. The Boiled One is a cognito-hazardous creature. If a person sees The Boiled One's face, they will have a everlasting memory of it, as an effect. If at any point after memorizing The Boiled One’s face you take a nap or go to sleep, you will be put in a pseudocoma [LiS]. Despite the fact that any contact with The Boiled One will cause one to be paralyzed, The Boiled One's harm is in fact not lethal. Victims of PHEN-228's affection claim that they cannot physically forget The Boiled One's face, as well as saying that they hear the sounds of trumpets as well as the laughter/screaming of thousands in the night. PHEN-228 can be assumed to have first appeared in a rerun of the 13th episode of a 2003 kids show titled "TREE OF HEAVEN". When you wake up, you will not be able to move any part of you. When your doctors eventually find you, they will not see me, but you will. And I'll see you too. Forever, I'll see you."
After this speech, an interview is played where a victim of PHEN-228's Pseudocoma named Job Zamperini is asked questions about what he saw and heard before he was paralyzed. Then, another clip of PHEN-228 speaking is played. This is what was said after the interview:
"Listen closely. Do you hear it? You will hear the laughter of thousands as the sky opens up. You'll hear the trumpets play their happy sounds. The scalding blood of life will pour down onto us all. Together, we will be still. Together, a feast fit for a king. Together, welded by love and purest connection. Be still."
How to Survive
- Avoid any cognitive contact with PHEN-228, including the viewing of it’s face.
- If you hear PHEN-228's whisper, wear earplugs, open The Bible to Psalm 91:10, and write on paper: "i can see this paper. i can see my hand. I can't hear the screaming of thousands. I can't hear the feast. I am a moving, breathing human being on planet Earth.". After that, recite Psalms 91:10 aloud. If memories and imagery of something unholy persist in your mind, pray. Then contact authorities immediately afterwards, you will be administered amnestics.

- The Trumpets mentioned in the second video, where PHEN-228 was shown again refers to the seven trumpets before the end of the world from Book of Revelation, which may also mean that The Boiled One is an angel that is sending cue about a possible Apocalypse.
- The Boiled One is presumably somehow related with a Japanese war criminal named Mutsuhiro Watanabe, also known as "The Bird". this can be explained by the message in the end of the video, which translates from Japanese: "Fear of the one and only one Watanabe "The Bird".
- PHEN-228 is cognitohazard to people who see this, due to the people who saw this will get Pseudocoma.
- PHEN-228 can also change its size at will, considering the photo of the entity next to a small play shed. (Gallery pic 1.)
- PHEN-228 may have been named after The drug combination fenfluramine/phentermine, usually called fen-phen, was an anti-obesity treatment in the early 1990s that utilized two anorectics. Fenfluramine was marketed by American Home Products (later known as Wyeth) as Pondimin, but was shown to cause potentially fatal pulmonary hypertension and heart valve problems, which eventually led to its withdrawal in 1997 and legal damages of over $13 billion.
