Teurlings Catholic High School Reviews
Rating 4.46 out of 5 113 reviews
My experience at Teurlings Catholic High School has been a pleasure. I've grown as a family with my peers around me and know that I have created friendships that will last a lifetime. Teurlings holds a certain culture that feels like home if you are open to the students and faculty around you. With such a small student and faculty population you can learn the names of everyone around you. Academics are offered in a range of options. As an advanced student, I was able to receive a high-level and difficultly of education that challenged me and shaped me into the best student I can be. I feel completely prepared for college and am ready to take the next step into independence. I have found myself and learned so many morals by attending Teurlings Catholic High School.
I believe the best part of Teurling is the academics, they offer a wide choice of classes and the teachers employed are very hard-working and are very helpful. The worst thing to me would be the strictness of some of the rules, for example, getting a detention for forgetting a belt is not really the best thing. If I could change one thing it would be to offer more languages.
Throughout my years at Teurlings Catholic High School, there have been more good than bad. I've overall had a fantastic education and more outstanding teachers. Since freshman year, there have been some ups and downs when it comes to making friends. Everyone at this school is extremely friendly and down to earth. For me, it was difficult because I have social anxiety and overall have issues with actually trying to talk and communicate with people. Teurlings has shown me that there is no need to worry and no matter what you are feeling, you will always be welcome here. Teurlings have also been very welcoming to people of different races or ethnicities. I have always enjoyed my experiences at Teurlings Catholic High School and would recommend this school to anyone looking to start high school. Teurlings Catholic High School has many options for anyone who is looking for something specific in their high school years and has been a blessing for me since my freshman year.
