Sales
Our sales team members assist our customers with locating products, along with educating them on the product features and benefits, to help them find the product that meets their needs. Our sales team also ensures that products are stocked and merchandised throughout the day, along with other duties to ensure a great experience for our customers.
Order Pick Up & Delivery
Our Order Pick Up & Delivery team makes the process of picking up products of having materials delivered as quick and efficient as possible for our customers as well as Team Members! This team is responsible for pulling orders for delivery and Buy Online-Pick Up at Store orders, as well as assisting customers with friendly service to ensure a great experience for our customers.
Stock Team
Our stock team members keep our shelves stocked and ready for our customers coming into the store. This team also provides customer service by greeting customers that approach them or pass by, assisting to provide a great customer experience.
Outside Yard / Receiving
Our Outside Yard / Receiving team assists our customers in the outside yard and within the store by loading purchases and locating products to provide a great customer experience. This team unloads our incoming freight, distributes to the sales departments, and stocks/maintains various areas.
Cashier
Our cashiers process our customers' transactions in a timely and efficient manner. You are the first and last person our customers see, so it is crucial to always uphold our positive Customer Service Expectations with a smile and a thank you!

We offer a variety of positions for our Team Members under 18 years of age including stocking and courtesy patrol positions! We offer our Manager Trainee program to fast-track high potential candidates into management positions with our 13 week program! We traditionally promote over 500 Manager Trainees into Management roles each year.
The program introduces you to all tasks that our managers face on a daily basis along with real life scenarios and one-on-one training with experienced Managers.

We offer management internship opportunities at each of our stores across the Midwest to build career paths with Team Members who are actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of our qualifying fields. After completing the Management Internship program, Team Members are eligible to promote right into a management role after graduation!
