Dozens and dozens of herbal medicine shops on Hải Thượng Lãn Ông; they spill out onto the nearby streets, including Lương Nhữ Học (the latter is also known as lantern street - if you arrive during the Tết New Year or during the Míd-Autumn Festival, you'll see lots of them lanterns).

I found a number of really good looking places doing acupuncture and TCM herbs, from a Google search:
