While it might be Taylor Swift whose birthday is approaching on Dec. 13, her fans are the lucky ones receiving a gift this year. On Monday morning, the pop sensation took to social media to provide Swifties with an exciting announcement.

“Hi! Well, so, basically I have a birthday coming up and I was thinking a fun way to celebrate the year we’ve had together would be to make The Eras Tour Concert Film available for you to watch at home!” she wrote.

Additionally, she revealed that a new, extended version of the film will feature three performances not included in the theatrical release.

“Very happy to be able to tell you that the extended version of the film including ‘Wildest Dreams,’ ‘The Archer’ and ‘Long Live’ will be available to rent on demand in the US, Canada & additional countries to be announced soon starting on … you guessed it, December 13,” she added.

The concert film documenting her ongoing international tour first hit theaters on Oct. 13, and has since grossed more than $178.2 million in the US and Canada, per IMDb. There was so much hype surrounding the film that fans crashed the AMC app while hurrying to purchase tickets ahead of its release, some of which were later resold for hundreds of dollars online.

In the wake of her film’s tremendous success, Swift has even garnered praise from prominent directors like Shawn Levy and Christopher Nolan.

This news may soften the blow for Swifties who just learned that her 2018 concert doc, Taylor Swift: Reputation Stadium Tour, is reportedly leaving Netflix at the end of December, per What’s On Netflix.

According to Variety, Swift’s official website shows the following streamers’ logos indicating where fans may rent the film: Apple TV, Vudu, Prime Video, Xfinity, Google Play, and YouTube. In the meantime, you can head to theaters to see The Eras Tour.
