GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — The suspect in the secret peeping incident at Greenville’s Target on Monday is facing additional charges, Greenville police said on Friday.

Thomas Elliott, 21, was arrested after a customer at Target recorded him putting his phone on the ground under a woman’s skirt. The Greenville Police Department announced on Wednesday that Elliott was facing two charges after police reviewed security footage from the store. Additional charges were added on Thursday and now on Friday, he’s facing two other charges.

Officers have identified three separate victims from that Monday morning in Target. Elliott is now being charged with five counts of secret peeping.

Detectives are reviewing footage from Elliott’s places of employment, trying to find any more potential victims. That includes his role as a volunteer in several school settings. They are looking at additional camera footage for any other possible victims. His electronic devices have so far not turned up any evidence of inappropriate contact with children.

This is an ongoing investigation.
