Food is horrible. Peking duck pizza had Peking duck sweet sauce with congealed cheese a absolutely bad piece of duck. Baked pork rice has too much cheese which doesn't match the pork and rice, lobster soup is watery, vietnamese duck noodles is with noodles with...water and a few pieces of duck meat. It was peak hour and there was only one person at the reception. There was no queue, people keep cutting into the ”line”. Waited for 20 mins and finally take us to our table. And another 15 mins with no one coming to serve you.

Healthy Fruit Salad (HK$128) This fruit salad made with seasonal fresh fruit, with strawberries, kiwi, watermelon, mango, blueberries and raisin. Scattered some peanut and crispy rice to add that nutty and crispy crunch. It’s a perfect way to start the meal with this healthy goodness. Salmon Carpaccio (HK$118) The marinated salmon Carpaccio served with Korean Yuzu Spicy Soy Sauce as dressing. The zesty and savoury flavours highlighted the Carpaccio without overpowering it. The salmon roe atop definitely contributed the extra crunchiness and freshness to the dish. All in all, the flavours and textures worked together harmoniously. Lobster Pasta (HK$228) Sizzling pan fried pasta with lobster, by using XO sauce for an Asian Spin. The pasta was incredibly crispy, pairing with onion, green, red pepper, it look so appetising and welcoming. Pour over the XO sauce for a savoury and pungent finishing touch. Grilled Prime Sirloin with House Pepper Sauce (HK$268) This slab of Sirloin was served on a cast iron hot plate that kept the steak sizzling hot, it was grilled to beautifully tender and flavoursome. The House Pepper Sauce bursting with bold flavours and worked well with grilled steak. Lychee & Rose Twist (Hk$52) This refreshing iced tea mixed with Lychee and rose, if you love the fragrance of Rose and the sweetness of Lychee, you’d certainly love it. Hand Squeeze Grapefruit Tea $52 This refreshing grapefruit tea definitely cool you off on the hottest summer day! Hand squeeze grapefruit juice adds the brightness and refreshing quality to this drink! Butter Soft Cookie (HK$68) The butter soft cookies with vanilla ice cream was comforting and sweet, soft and buttery! Vanilla Soufflé (HK$98) This oversized soufflé was oh so delicious, the eggy flavour with the cloud like texture was amazing. It’s a perfect end to a great meal!More
