just found out my favourite hotel, Manor Boutique, has shut down permanently. it's in darlinghurst and was my go to for sydney holidays. does anyone know why it closed? :'(

Never heard of it, just did a 10 second Google search and it seems to be still on the travel sites. Are you sure it's closed?
it does come up on searches on wotif & booking.com for ads but it comes up as unavailable once you click your check in dates. also the website for the hotel says it is permanently closed http://www.manorboutiquehotel.com.au/
