Shaeffer C Season 2 continues the awful trend of equating fantasy with real victims. Murder victim are given the same consideration as ghost stories. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Some interesting mysteries, but why oh why is the pacing of the show so horribly slow? It just drags on and on, focusing more on trying to create an atmosphere than actually giving information. During several episodes I just went on an internet search to read about the story and found out more about the mystery then by watching the whole episode. I guess you need to fill that 50 minutes of mystery somehow... Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member The 2nd volume is not as good as the first. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member I really liked this new series. Wasn't a big fan of the old one, but this reboot is quite well done. Looking at some of the other reviews, I'd venture to guess that most of the poor reviews are primarily by people who are a little sore that Robert Stack isn't narrating. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review william k Another, albeit shorter selection of not yet resolved crimes and occurrences gives both victims and their families/friends equal room as well as the investigators, but also includes some cases of supernatural phenomenons. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member The greatest Netflix season ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Helen Daly Radio Times The other stories featured in Unsolved Mysteries do, of course, pander to a morbid interest we have in true crime, but Tsunami Spirits brings us back to reality and reminds us of those affected in these cases. Oct 24, 2020 Full Review Brooke Bajgrowicz Mashable These reports are wild but have evidence to back them up, which makes them even more entrancing - especially as they are set against the background of Japanese culture and the way it honors those who have passed. Oct 24, 2020 Full Review Alci Rengifo Entertainment Voice With every episode opening with its classic eerie theme song intact, "Unsolved Mysteries" still has the ability to be endlessly fascinating. Oct 20, 2020 Full Review Daniel Hart Ready Steady Cut Unsolved Mysteries is likely to stay but it has to do better to become a staple series on the streaming service. Rated: 2.5/5 Oct 19, 2020 Full Review Nathaniel Muir AIPT Volume two picks up where the last one left off. The Netflix revival is still a globe spanning series with some interesting stories.
