This weapon is only found by Outcast boss loot drops. The chances of getting it is 1% to 5%.

- It was originally rumored that if you killed an Outcast boss with an Outcast themed exotic, such as the Chatterbox, Merciless, or Ruthless, the chance of this weapon dropping would be higher. To this day the rumor is still unconfirmed, as some players have reported it working while others haven't.
- The weapon’s name in conjunction with its description, “Who are you to disagree?” is most likely a reference to the song ‘Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) by Eurythmics.
- Apart from being an exotic, it’s also a unique variant of the SPAS-12 with a noticeable difference, as its stock stays permanently unfolded even with it holstered.
