Las Olas Beach Club at Melbourne, has something for everyone. The property consists of 40 condominiums, which face directly towards the ocean, with nothing but a sandy beach between you and the Atlantic ocean! All Units comprise of two bedrooms (master has a king bed) and (guest room has twin beds), two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room and living room (with a pull out sleeper sofa). Sliding doors off the living room lead to a roomy balcony furnished with table and chairs. Perfect for Al fresco dining. There is a heated swimming pool, hot tub and plenty of sun loungers around the pool deck. The Resort puts on a karaoke wine and cheese evening, potluck event along with a Comedy/Magic show.

Large comfortable units right on the beach. Large balconies to enjoy the beach view. Ton of closet space. Full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Parking garage. Beautiful pool area, fun activities, grocery store, restaurants, shopping all nearby and convenient. Staff had excellent customer service and helpful with any questions. So if you like the beach and would enjoy the sunrise and the view everyday - I'd highly recommend this resort.

Our deep and comfy 30-foot balcony gave us a spot to enjoy several different kinds of weather. It was nice even when it stormed! The staff is so helpful, the activities fun, and the other guests were so nice. There is no hard sell by the owners. (Thank you!) All the rooms are two-bedroom, oceanfront, units with lots of space, PLUS that balcony!

Last minute booking the unit was spotless and huge. Beds comfortable, lots of items in kitchen.
Huge dining areas and bedrooms.
Updated very nice bathrooms.
Very nice clean pool, timeshare owners were very nice kindly people.
Happy with many activities like bingo Karaoke cocktails etc.
Sea was delightful and we could see Dolphins from our balcony really cool.
Be careful when you walk out as there are hidden rocks otherwise magnificent private beach.
Lots of free to use boogie boards etc.
three minor issues.
The one floor lamp was broken and the fitting inside was loose no bulb but plugged in kinda dangerous.
Please get nice flooring in the check in area as old carpet looks bad detracts from first impression.
Put some laminate in elevator carpet is nasty.
Huge dining areas and bedrooms.
Updated very nice bathrooms.

Used this timeshare with my Sister. We arrived Saturday, 14th, and she arrived 18th.
So far it has been a great and relaxing stay. The condo is in tip top shape. Kitchen fully stocked, surprised they supply an electric fry pan. Master bathroom has a handicap seat in the shower. Hairdryers in both bathrooms. Gorgeous view of the beach. Phenomenal pool & hot tub. Lounge chairs and cushions circle the perimeter of the pool. Lastly must mention the superb beach towels supplied in the condo. Our week ended up with 2 launches from Cape Canaveral. An extra bonus we enjoyed.
This place is a class act.

We have been coming to Las Olas for around 20 years. This is a wonderful beachfront resort, each condo has an ocean view. The condos have many updates. The pool area has plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and a very nice Tiki Bar area with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is always things to do and entertainment is provided with Covid precautions. The whole complex is kept extremely clean and the staff is always very friendly and goes above and beyond for any help needed. Great restaurants in the area also.

This smaller resort is right on the beautiful beach with views from all rooms. Nice amount and variety of activities on-site and spectacular sunrises. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance responded right away when I had a slight issue with the oven. Just wish the jacuzzi wasn't so close to the road, but that and the pool were clean, maintained and lovely. Highly recommend and several units were for sale.

Large 2 Bedroom units with incredible views of the ocean. Friendly staff. Had a small issue with a bathroom lock and they fixed immediately. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub. Bed was a little firm but I still slept fine. It was fun to SEE some of the guests enjoying their Karaoke activity. HEARING them - not so much - LOL! Our only complaint is that they do allow smoking outdoors on the balconies. Unfortunately the smell of smoke from other nearby balconies meant that there were a few times that we could not enjoy ours. The views of the ocean right outside the balcony are amazing. Found some great sea shells as well. Will definitely try to come back if we are able to.

Oceanfront property - 4th Fl large balcony provided outstanding view of the ocean and even a space launch from the Cape.
Mostly residential area. Quiet and peaceful this time of year. Enjoyed bike rides - flat terrain! Even had the opportunity to see Manatees at the lagune off Desoto Pkwy - a short bike ride away.

All rooms have an ocean view. Our unit was clean and had every appliance we wanted including an in-unit washer and dryer. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Even gas was reasonable compared to surrounding states.

Familyfreendly, great location on spacwcoast, quiet and great warm pool so kids could spend all day in
the pool. Rooms very large, sleep 6 and all with ocean view.
Liked it so much we boufgt a time share here and there was no sales prsentation.

Yes. There are two buildings, one elevator in each.
These are combination coffee makers. You can make a pot of coffee, which would require either filters or the coffee packs that include a filter. The 2nd option on it is for just a cup of coffee and takes K-cups.
Yes they do. They have lounge chairs around the pool and beach chairs for the beach as well as pool toys
We were there in December 2017 and there was plenty of beach for walking, shelling and sitting on the sand.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony but you must keep the balcony doors closed. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the units or the party room. However, smoking is permitted outside and around the pool area, we just ask that you be considerate to your fellow vacationers. Smoking is permitted at the beach but again we ask that guests dispose of their cigarette butts responsibly and safely. Birds and sea mammals ingest the butts, thinking that it's food.
