Really enjoyed out stay at Las Olas Beach Club. The unit was was much larger than we expected and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a poolside room which got a little noisy at times but we still enjoyed sitting out on the huge balcony. We were told that it is very difficult to get a beachfront room here because the owners usually have those booked or are using them. There are gas grills for use here and washers/dryers in every unit. Location was great too!

We enjoyed this resort due to location on the beach, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and quieter atmosphere due to smaller number of units. We had an ocean view with a soaking tub in the main bedroom, and woke to stunning sunrises. Beach walking was very accessible by a boardwalk and the beach was quiet and clean. Watched a SpaceX launch right from the resort! Roomy 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen and tastefully decorated. Felt right at home and we would love to go back!

We did a time share exchange here w/ great results. Met the mgr Lani on day 1 at the pool as we waited for our room to be cleaned. Super friendly and helpful guy. Resort is older and small w/28 rooms;16 in one bldg facing the ocean the remaining rooms have a nice poolside view. Facility is very clean w/outstanding Covid procedures. We had the 2nd floor poolside room adjacent to the parking lot. Room was 1600 sq ft. Huge. We used the pool and hot tub but spent most days on the beach which is a short walk. The small staff is very friendly and accommodating. Owners park in a covered garage; other guests outside. The Pier is also a short walk along w/a plethora of restaurants nearby. We did see 2 black tip sharks in the surf close to the beach twice. The internet went out for an evening and morning; leadership advised a switch in ISPs is likely. I golfed at Patrick AFB (20 min drive), however, only ID holders are allowed on base now. Golf course closes at 1200 daily (covid). Front 9 reopened on 12 Aug w/new pas pollum fairways. All greens are pas pollum. No rental pull carts available (covid). Tee times recommended even as a single. My family enjoyed Las Olas so much we plan a return in Dec. Thx Lani and staff for a great relaxing holiday.

Units were dated but very roomy. The location was great since they were beach side and many restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Staff was very nice and we felt relatively safe during the pandemic.. However, unless you are an owner you will not get an ocean view room in the winter. The other units look over the pool and street. You can hear people's conversations from the balcony .Maintenance work that was very noisy ruined a couple of days. Wished we would have known the times before hand so not to be in the unit. Also, there were a few things like lights out or a couple of TV's not working that we told maintenance about but requested that they take care of them after we left due to Covid. Reception told us that was no problem, but they came anyway. There are nice golf courses nearby and wetlands to explore. Due to Covid many things were closed, but we didn't care since we were going for a change of scenery and cooked in or took picnics to the park.

My wife and I stayed here recently via an RCI exchange while visiting the Cocoa Beach area. There is ample free, off-street parking with a majority of the parking being outside. The property appeared to be clean and fairly well-maintained overall with ongoing maintenance and renovation projects ongoing throughout our stay. This is an older property that has undergone extensive renovation. We had a two bedroom suite which was very spacious and all of the amenities worked properly. There were only two 'negatives' for us. First, the main bedroom and living area portion of the suite fronted on the swimming pool and it could get very noisy due to the kids and other visitors using the pool. The other issue was the sofa, which is a pull out affair and it was very uncomfortable to sit on for any amount of time. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and the staff were responsive. They do not have a 24 hour desk staff however, you can call the onsite manager after hours with emergencies. This place is on the Atlantic Ocean with a dune to walk over to reach the beach and you can view rocket launches Kennedy Space Center in the distance. We would definitely stay here again in future.

We love getting back to Las Olas. Our condo looks out at the Ocean. Nothing is better than starting our day with our morning coffee on the deck looking out all the activity on the beach, whether it is cruise ships setting sail or joggers running up the beach The units are always clean and staff make sure all your needs are meet. Over the years the staff have become like family. We go to Las Olas to unplug from our busy life. We are always sad to leave. Till next year.

Las Olas is a great resort. It sits on the ocean, but there is still quite a walk to the beach. Once at the beach, there is a small hill you must descend to get to the water. Going down the hill is fine, climbing up that omg hot brown sand wasn’t as much fun. The resort offers surf lessons, which tells you the water there isn’t calm. The pool had an obvious film on the water the first day we were there. Day four when we went back it was clean.
The room and balcony was very spacious. We had 2bdrm room 42. It was pool facing (we were told multiple times RCI members don’t get ocean view rooms and can’t return but once every 4yrs) the 2bdrm had a bonus tv room with 2 chairs and a small tv and table. Would be great to have a separate sitting area if you had kids or another couple with you. The unit must be seldom used. Smelled very musty, had a layer of dust on some furniture. Hard floor throughout unit except bdrms. Master bdrm carpet was dirty, bathroom fan is ridiculously loud, kitchen cabinets were sticky.
The quirky
The resort hands everyone a piece of paper with the first and last names of the people in the unit, where they are from, their unit number and if they own or rent…invasion of privacy!
There are signs up telling you not to discuss vaccination status or ask anyone about wearing a mask.
They keep telling you how exclusive they are, while trying to sell you a timeshare.

the staff was very welcoming, lost of activities at the resort and very helpful with other things to do in the area and places to eat. Wonderful week. would highly recommend. Made you feel very at home and comfortable in a safe place. The room was large and clean with ample kitchen supplies and the opportunity to borrow additional items if needed. Will be back.

Where do you begin when you have to write a review from the heart. Our family has been staying at Las Olas for decades. The owners .... Original by the way.... Make the stay a pleasant, Memorable experience for all from infant to senior. The Ocean view rooms. The Pool, Activities. The amenities each room has to offer all great by anyone's standards, But what makes a vacation unique , What really ingrains the experience in our minds is the people you share them with. We have been sharing them with the Owners and the staff as well as the other guests who by the way have become some of the absolute best Long distant friends one could ever have. Look you can stay anywhere with a room and a bed but I can guarantee you will not experience the warmth and hospitality that is extended to all at this facility.I am an owner and will continue to be so and pass this down to the kids in our later years but for now we look so forward to our time at Las Olas we start planning and coordinating with other members months in advance. Family is what memories are made from and Family is what we have all become at the Best Resort in Cocoa Beach, Fla. Come enjoy the atmosphere and see what this family owned and operated resort can do to help make a life time of Memories for you.

My wife and I want to thank you for your friendship and all your many courtesies during our recent stay with you the week of Sept 27 at your lovely, well-maintained resort with its ideal beach location. In fact of all the vacations we have taken over the 56 years of our marriage to resorts including Hawaii, the Caribbean, Orlando, Mexico, Costa Rica, Franc e, Germany and Switzerland. we feel we were the most relaxed, unrushed, and happy doing exactly what we wanted to do doing that week, Setting up each day at the beach to feel the cool breeze, enjoy the waves (las olas) and the sound of the surf, people watching and wildlife gazing, just reading books from your great library and listening to oldies-but-goodies songs of our youthful marriage years – these were the main goals we had hoped to fulfill. Your swimming pool, grarage facilities, the beauty of your layout and especially the helpfulness of your staff all made our trip a winner. We also enjoyed sharing experiences with you fascinating and gracious guests We even took one day to see Kennedy Space Center, to have a great meal at Florida Seafood and to shop briefly at Ron Jon for gifts for family back home. But the most gratifying part of our trip was that you fulfilled our request by giving us a great room with a perfect ocean view. This made our 56th anniversary the more memorable and fulfilled my wife’s (and my) special hope and request. We toasted wine from our balcony and enjoyed memories and each other’s company after all those years We could even see Artemis I, the moon rocket, from both the beach and from our balcony, We got to see the successful launch of Leon Musk’s spacecraft to distribute 54 communication satellites in space. We hope ton return next year.
