Tim Claire’s Couch to 80k Bootcamp - This is a podcast series where you will do 10 minute writing exercises daily to get you in the habit of writing. Good for beginners or if you want some fun exercises to reignite the spark for writing. Tim has published non-fiction, fiction, and poetry, and he lectures at writing seminars.
Brandon Sanderson’s Creative Writing Lectures at BYU - this is a common recommendation, but just in case you haven’t seen it. This is the lecture portion of a creative writing course taught at BYU. The teacher is a very popular fantasy novelist and has tons of good advice.

The Open University in the UK runs a free 12 hour introductory course. As far as I'm aware it's open to anyone anywhere. Starts on Saturday 1st September.

my local library has free online writing courses. check your local library.
I second this. I’m taking one through my public library and it’s decent. I’m new to creative writing though so I don’t have much to compare it to
