Tokido possibly had the Street Fighter 5 tournament play of the year during CPT match and here's the breakdown of the epic moment

Rohto|Tokido may currently be sitting on the outside of the Capcom Cup finalist pool looking in for the first time in forever, but he provided viewers with perhaps the best Street Fighter 5 play of the year during his last run to make it with finals.

Instead of his trusted Akuma pick, the former EVO champion ran almost the entirety of the Capcom Pro Tour Asia East tournament using only Urien which came in clutch during his top 8 match against ITK's Dhalsim using a combination of a great read and big-brained execution.

New truths about the Street Fighter canon may come to light when Rose is released according to Capcom developers

Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition's story mode, A Shadow Falls, demonstrated that the events of Street Fighter 5 took place before Street Fighter 3: Third Strike. At the conclusion of the story, Gill decided that it was time to make his move with the defeat of M. Bison — even though it was at the hands of Ryu rather than Nash as prophesized.

As this mode was released during Season 1, Rose did not appear to have direct involvement in the story's events. Rose is scheduled to be released for Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition in spring 2021.

Capcom's battle design team plays hundreds of matches per day with all fighters to fine-tune Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition's controls and balance

Capcom is continuing a fan favorite practice that has them communicating about the development of Season 5 in Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition. Takayuki Nakayama and Shuhei Matsumoto, the respective director and producer for Street Fighter 5, recently sat down for an interview with Spin.

To manage the 40 playable characters in the game (plus five more once Season 5 is wrapped up), the battle designers need to remain objective when it comes to making decisions. While everyone has their personal favorites, it's important that this favoritism doesn't play a role in decisions such as balancing the game.

BlindWarriorSven commentates Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition match with amazing accuracy

For those that might not be aware, BlindWarriorSven is a completely blind Ken user in Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition. Despite his disability, BlindWarriorSven is quite skilled at the game being that he's seen in the Diamond to Super Diamond ranks while playing online.

By just looking at his gameplay, you might not be able to determine BlindWarriorSven's blindness. To Capcom's credit, this demonstrates how good the sound design is in Street Fighter 5.
