Perfect experience w/ purchase. Looks beautiful

Delivery was made right on time. All I had to do was carefully unbox it, remove the plastic protection covering, and screw in the legs by hand with the washer in place. There were no damage marks nor smudges on the piece. It was perfect. I ordered the beige, but the actual color is creme -which is what I wanted. It was easy to slide into the room where it will live- non scratch legs made it easy. I did decide to buy extra soft protectors for the bottom of the legs since they were narrow like a quarter and I didn't want it to cause indents in my oriental rug. Love that it can double as extra seating since it can w/stand 400 lbs. And love the tray that came w/ it can be flipped upside down to provide a table to put a cup of coffee on. It looks, and feels absolutely beautiful and strong/well-built. The storage is wide since it's a big piece, but narrow from front to back. Was hoping to store large quilt & pillow shams, but would have to squeeze the shams in after quilt in place and that would damage the shams. But just place them on top after closing the lid. Something not as big and fluffy can still fit inside next to the folded quilt. So storage is good - just not perfect like I was hoping. Don't need to upload a photo because it looks exactly like it appears in the (online) catalogue. All around- a great purchase.

BBB, how can I align the top please?

Purchased as replacement for longer storage ottoman. Really like the square shape since we have a sofa with a lounge end. Just as roomy inside as the long one was. Lovely fabric. Arrived assembled, only had to put the feet on which I added custom cut Scotch furniture felt to to avoid scratching our wood floors. Big enough for our 24” tray and foot rest around as well. Lid doesn’t exactly align with the bottom however and this is bothering me. Shipped out and delivered quickly.

I needed a new bench to go in my bedroom and this one is perfect! It arrived in perfect condition, the packaging was great. I LOVE the stud detailing on the bottom, it is super cute. Eh, it's ok....

Shipped well. Color is nice. Built ok. Soft material. It's just smaller then the pictures and measurements show. Not happy about that. It's great if you have a low profile sofa or chairs. I wouldn't suggest buying furniture online from this company. I expected better from this well known company, bed bath and beyond. Disappointed. Will keep until I find a better, taller one somewhere else. I won't ever buy from bed bath and beyond again.

I think the material and the tufting feels very luxe and this makes the space feel a lot cozier. It was super easy to assemble. I just had to screw the legs on. It took about 5 minutes. I think the only issue I had with this is that when you fully open it, you have to keep some space between the wall and the bench. It would probably make better sense as an ottoman or at the edge of a bed. That being said - great product and price point. Overall good product for the price. Dark brown is a very decent (not too shiny) faux leather. Had to trim fabric at legs holes to get them in and instructions didn’t say to leave bolts loose so I had a hard time getting bottom shelf in but luckily not my first rodeo building less expensive furniture. Lighting makes it look shinier than it is. And luckily the wood is dark enough brown. Not espresso level but not orange either.

Either this us false advertising or the box is labeled wrong. I am having to send it back because it is labeled as 51 inches wide but it is 41 inches wide. I hope the new order comes correct because I really like the bench

I absolutely love this blue!!! Great quality and the storage area is large, it will hold quite a bit (perfect for stashing away some blankets). Not only does it store things, but it can be used as an ottoman where you can kick back on your couch with your feet up, it's a great centerpiece for the living room, or simply just sitting on it works too.
