� � � � Swanton native and St. Albans Messenger columnist Leon Thompson will� sign copies of his books, "Good Junk" and "dork. - another look at my� junk," on Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at The Flying� Disc, 42 S. Main St., St. Albans City.

� � � � The event, which also features a photo show from Fairfield artists� and Messenger photographer, Stina Plant, will occur during the� Vermont Maple Festival.

� � � � "Good Junk" (2003) and "dork." (2007) are collections of Leon's� (mostly humor) columns and are published by Plaidswede Publishing, of� Concord, N.H. (www.plaidswede.com).
