I thought it would be appropriate to mention about the story of Stadium Rave. The mystery has been solved.
I managed to contact Mark Governor, the guy who wrote Stadium Rave. He said it was the last song they recorded for the album that it came from, Clubmix in 1998. He and his co-composer wrote and composed it a single day and Mark played most of the synthesizer parts live to tape in single takes. He was surprised to hear his music on SpongeBob.
He said that it did not take inspiration from Get Ready for This, because he never heard it before back then, nor before he recorded it. The melody came from a marching band cue he wrote in the 1980s way before Get Ready For This came out in 1992. The name came from the fact that it was to have “a sports stadium-type marching band performing to a techno club beat”, hence the name Stadium Rave. The horn samples available were not very good that time, so he changed the horn to a techno sound.

"He was surprised to hear his music on SpongeBob." He knew about it, but was actually okay with it? The reason for that is probably that his music a part of the APM label, and he and the label got royalty checks from it. Because that wasn't some freelance home editor, it was a company, like YouTube is now. I guess it all depends on how you use it though :)

They're close but different enough. Stadium Rave is much harder
