We visited on 19th July 2022. What a wonderful place! The OPW staff were so friendly, the range of trees, shrubs and plants was amazing and there is a lovely little lake with ducks, moorhens and very active fish. There is also a kiosk serving lovely coffee and cakes and a playground for younger visitors. Check out the very interesting exhibitions, one on JFK, which includes a full size replica of a Mercury capsule, and another on the many types of trees. All in all, we had a lovely time and would definitely visit again and would highly recommend it to others.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo ottimo hotel a Napoli, nella zona tra Agnano e Bagnoli. Soggiorno veramente stupendo sotto tutti gli aspetti: L'arrivo e' stato il primo step molto positivo,essere accolti con il sorriso e la gentilezza e' una gran carta di presentazione dell'ospitalità. La camera abbastanza spaziosa, accogliente e soprattutto pulita, la colazione di alta qualità e per tutti i gusti, colazione sia che si preferisca il dolce che il salato....il caffè e i cappuccini strepitosi. Lo staff e' altamente professionale, disponibile e assolutamente cortese. La posizione strategica del Nuvo', trovandosi a pochi passi dalla ferrovia Cumana e vicinissima alla metropolitana,lo rende un punto di riferimento per visitare Napoli e dintorni. E stata veramente una bella esperienza, lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti.....che dire provare per credere. Sicuramente ci riserveremo una prossima occasione. Experience at the limit of the reality. I went with my companion for a day of relaxation in the 116 suite of the hotel convinced to spend a day in the sign of relaxation and comfort as you would expect from a 4-star superior hotel ... (I just remember, for example, that Royal Continental has the same number of stars) never greater mistake was made, not recently built and partly poorly restructured structure that gives the re-sumable sense in the expression ”decently fatigue” . Inacceptable reception for a 4-star mal-structured and small, chaired by a good person but visiblely unprepared to cover this mission. The room (suite) was a hole where you walk in a poor way. (to do not mention the bathroom and the almost inappropriate shower for a person with normal corporation). A slim and poorly functioning air conditioner, a recent, but very poor quality TV, a water-massing bath in a room with a small sauna function but perhaps compensating for the only decent thing in that room. Although we wanted to overflow all this and others.....The most shameful and indignation for this 4-star superior hotel is .....the courtesy. Because of the various problems I found in the room, I have called the hall. Salt, with visiblely shocked air, I assume the director (but he never qualified in any way) which, listen to my complaints, answers:” eehhh bad bad so we are not going very well ...”and yet ”You don't know how many times I have had to reconstruct the rooms and to reconstruct them for damage caused by other guests” and I am sticking to the totally disruptive and disgraceful attitude I am aware that your attitude is not worthy of a four-star structure. This paying €80 for 3 hours...a you have your choice. RESUME: Structure 1 Rooms 1 Accommodation 2 Cleaning 6 Charity -1 Quality - Price -1

I stayed at this hotel for four days, explaining the strength and asking for praise. 1. Strongly recommend a friend who is driving by car. If you are simply a friend who stays in a sea view room, please think twice. The reason is stated later. 2. Not a self-driving friend, please look here. The hotel is located on the mountainside. From the map, it is located near the station Mergellina. After the train station comes out, it is about 500 meters to the sea. There is a slope train to take a ride to the s.antonio station (should call this name, check it yourself) Next), if I don't understand this, please open your google map, you can't get it. After arriving at the station, you need to take a mountain road to get to the hotel. 3. However, I personally went up and down the mountain for two days. Why, because I was in Easter during this time in Naples, the slope station was closed! Fall! Now! That's right, shut it up! So in this case, in addition to walking, it is played. The starting fee is 3.5 Euros, and the thief is fast, and the friends who are not bad money should be directly taxi. 4. Staying at this hotel, if you still can't decide on the sea view room, I really don't understand it. As the hotel is halfway up the mountain, there is no choice of entertainment activities. If you want to find a convenience store, you can only find the van. There is a year-round business on the viewing platform, which is very expensive. 5.
