Daily Mass Schedule
On Monday,  Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon.

On Wednesday, we also will celebrate  Mass in Spanish at 7:00 PM with Prayer Group (also in Spanish) following at 7:30 PM.  There will be prayer, music, and talks every week.

On Saturday May 22, 2021 and Sunday May 23, 2021 we celebrated Commitment Weekend for the Building Our Future Together Capital Campaign.  If you haven't already turned yours in, please bring your pledge card to Mass.

In order to properly credit your Capital Campaign payment, please be sure to denote “Capital Campaign” on the memo line of your check or make your check payable to “St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church Capital Campaign”.

Pray The Rosary
Please make plans to join us in praying the rosary every first Monday of the month.  Our next rosary will be on Monday, May 6, 2024 after the 12:00 PM (noon) Mass.

There will be food and fellowship at our First Monday Brunch after the rosary in Schaubroeck Hall.

Capital Campaign: We Are Getting Close!
As we approach the final months of our Capital Campaign, we are reaching out with gratitude and a heartfelt appeal for your continued assistance.

Our Parish Community has come together to support our shared vision and make it a reality.  Your generosity has been overwhelming.  We are now in the home-stretch.

We have made tremendous progress and thank each and every parishioner who has paid their pledge in full, as well as those who have gone above and beyond.  However, there is still work to be done.  Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to our goal.

St. Philip Prayer Hot Line
Our prayer hot line is now available!  This special line is set up for all our parishioners who are ill or in need of special prayers.  Simply call (901) 459-7628 and leave your prayer request.  A text message will then be sent to all of our parishioners with your special prayer request.  The power of prayer is very powerful!

2024 Youth Conferences Announcement
Calling all high schoolers!  In our ever-changing world, Jesus is the answer to the longing of our hearts for meaning, fulfillment, security, and love.

Join thousands of Catholic teens at Steubenville Mid-America, Springfield, MO either July 5-7 or July 12-14 to be illuminated in the light of Christ.  All rising freshmen in high school through rising freshmen in college are invited to attend this retreat with our group.

National Eucharistic Pilgrimage
Throughout the National Eucharistic Revival, local communities are gathering tinder in response to God’s invitation for renewal, calling on the Holy Spirit to bring the flame.

In keeping with this vision, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage will accompany Jesus from city to city, lighting hearts on fire along the way.  Then, at the National Eucharistic Congress in July 2024, all these flames will blaze together.

Join us for a fun-filled fundraiser fiesta of Cinco de Mayo Bingo on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Doors open at 4:30 PM.  $15 for Taco dinner including chips and queso with water, tea, or lemonade.  Come out for a great time of
community, music and Bingo fun!

This will not be your Grandmother’s bingo night!

¡Llamando a todos los estudiantes de secundaria! En nuestro mundo en constante cambio, Jesús es la respuesta al anhelo de nuestros corazones de significado, plenitud, seguridad y amor. 

Únase a miles de adolescentes católicos en Steubenville Mid-America, Springfield, MO, del 5 al 7 de julio o del 12 al 14 de julio para ser iluminados por la luz de Cristo.  Todos los estudiantes de primer año de la escuela secundaria hasta los estudiantes de primer año de la universidad están invitados a asistir a este retiro con nuestro grupo.

Inscripciónes de PRE 2023 - 2024
¡Han comenzado las inscripciones de PRE!  Las clases se imparten todos los domingos de 9:05 AM - 10:20 AM.  Las clases comenzarán el 10 de septiembre de 2023 a las 9:05 AM.

¡Ya están abiertas las inscripciones PRE para los grados 1 - 8 para el año escolar 2023 - 2024!  Es hora de registrar a tu hijo!

La Diócesis requiere que los estudiantes que se preparan para los sacramentos deben tener dos años consecutivos de formación religiosa antes de recibir el sacramento.  Por lo tanto, los estudiantes en 1er y 7mo grado necesitan estar inscritos en la clase de PRE o Escuela Católica para poder recibir la 1ra Reconciliación y 1ra Comunión en 2do grado y la Confirmación en 8vo grado.

RCIA Is Back!
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) has started back up again in September, 2023.  The official start date has been established as Wednesday, September 13, 2023.  Click HERE for the full schedule.

In the meantime, please fill out an application if interested, and submit it to the office or to Deacon Joe Kuzio.  Click HERE to download the application form.

2023 - 2024 PRE Registration
PRE registration has begun!  Classes are held every Sunday at 9:05 AM to 10:20 AM.  Classes  will begin on September 10, 2023 at 9:05 AM.

PRE registrations are now open for Grades 1 - 8 for the 2023 - 2024 school year!  It’s time to register your child.

The Diocese requires that students preparing for sacraments must have two consecutive years of religious formation prior to receiving the sacrament.  Therefore, students in 1st and 7th grades need to be enrolled in PRE class or Catholic School in order to receive 1st Reconciliation and 1st Communion in 2nd grade and Confirmation in 8th grade.

Fayette Cares
Since 1986 Fayette Cares, a community-supported, non-profit organization located in Fayette County, Tennessee has served the community by empowering those in need with hope, independence and lasting solutions.

Feed the Hungry Ministry
The Feed the Hungry Ministry, in partnership with Fayette Cares, will be held on  WEDNESDAY, April  3, 10, 17, and 24.

Food is picked up at Trader Joe's, packaged at St. Philips, and taken to several communities around Fayette County.

Fayette Cares Garden of Caring
Recently, a number of our parishioners  joined a team of volunteers to completely reconstruct and rebuild the Fayette Cares Garden of Caring.  Over the years, the garden had fallen into disrepair and was badly in need of some "tender, loving care".
