This morning I missed my flight though I was 15 minutes earlier . I know 1minutes is sth like 60 second, but now I have to wait 27 hours to reach my destination , what a irony🙄. I think if I walk or drive I will reach in 24 hours. They gave us free ticket that is 27 hours duration for my destination, shall I cry🤧 or laugh out loud🤣. Staff were too rude and fast talking that if I understand their half of the sentence. I will reach the highest fluency level of English and complete my PhD in English 🎓. I feel bad for people who are hard of hearing or non English speaking passengers. They ask to choose seat and if we say something then ask for more 💰.Please don't ask if they don't want to give. I am spending my vacation at airport . Special thanks to spirit airline . I hope their staff are more knowledgeable, helpful and considerable. Customer service first recommended me to come 45 minutes eailer and after 2 minutes , she again said 2 hours . They don't know what they are talking about.…

I had one checked bag that was over the weight limit. I paid a fee of $89 for that when I checked in on the kiosk. When I went to the next kiosk to put my bag on the conveyor to be loaded on the plane I was charged another $125 for my overweight bag! The max charge for one overweight bag is $125, yet my card was charged a total of $204 for that one bag on that one flight. When I contacted Spirit customer service I was told there was nothing they could do. They did not admit any wrongdoing. So I filed a complaint with the BBB, which did nothing to help. How can this company get away with stealing money from customers and do nothing to make it right? I have documented proof and they still do nothing and will not return the extra $89 they stole from me. I will never use this airline again and urge anyone who does to beware when you use any bank card or credit card for any of their "fees". Apparently they think it's ok to charge your card for whatever they want. It's total theft and I can't believe they are allowed to get away with it. Imagine how many other customers have been charged 2 or 3 times extra for the same thing. That could add up to a significant amount of "extra" revenue that they choose to keep instead of admitting a mistake and refunding the money they stole.…
