Spezia dining rooms are designed to have a warm and comforting feel. Complete with a wood mini bar, original artwork, wood table tops, carpet, and a Bose sound system. For groups under 20 guests full menu or limited menu is available. For groups over 20, an appointment is requested so that a menu can be discussed. Room “R” has a big window facing the main patio, and a private patio for guests. This room can be used for groups between 10-30 guests. The room has a $100 (M-TH) or $200 (F-Sat) charge that is waived if $1500 or more is spent. Room “W” has original art work, a wooden bar, and an impressive wine display. This room can be used by 25-50 guests, with a $150 (M-TH) or $300 (F-Sat) room charge or $2500 spent. When both rooms are opened up, they can accommodate groups up to 100 with a $250 (M-TH) or $500 (F-Sat) room charge or $3000 in food and beverage. It’s important to reserve the rooms as soon as possible, they do book fast.

This place has the best Eggplant Parmesan in Omaha. Also love their Beef Burgundy pasta. Very attentive service. Quiet atmosphere on Sunday afternoon.

Our server, Cory, was knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered appetizer crab dip, fishy aftertaste, sent it back but still had to pay for it. Steak was perfect. Large serving of spaghetti did not have enough sauce. Eggplant was tasty but a tad mushy. Spezia salad was very good. Lemon dessert was good. Chocolate mousse came as a layered cake, not expecting cake, wanted a more mousse like dessert. Booth ledge was very dusty/dirty. Not sure I’ll be back.

As usual the salmon was perfectly honey crisp outside and tender inside. The Alfredo was perfect, not too heavy not too light. My friend ate the filet and all her mashed potatoes, unusual as she is a carb watcher. Service was lovely, not rushed, not loud. Just right for a weekday birthday lunch.

Definitely in my top 3 of steaks I’ve had - The sirloin was very good along with the mashed potatoes, and can’t beat a place that has Guinness on tap! Dinner rolls were very good (kinda wish you got more not sure if you have to ask or pay but…) and service was amazing. Tad on the expensive side would be even more worth it if you got maybe two sides instead of just mash potatoes.

Service was not as good as expected. Cocktails took along time to arrive and wine selection had to be changed after waiting for it to arrive. The wine arrived after dinner was served. The food was great and we were not rushed.

We had a nice, cozy little booth tucked away from the main areas. It was quiet and private. Our server was very personable and accommodating. He made pleasant conversation and checked in on us just enough without being too much. The food was beyond amazing and the portions were just right. We were glad to get a reservation at all due to all of the many activities happening in Omaha over the weekend. A definite must-do if you’re in the area and want a meal where you can hear your companions without having to raise your voice and don’t mind spending the money for quality food. A definite for a date night or other celebrations.

Hostess was great seating us at a different table, no attitude seemed pleased to make us happy. Waiter was superb, knowledgeable and attentive. Very good experience, whole staff seemed glad you were there. Spezia proves that in 2024 we should except and receive superior service. Well done.

Love this place. I will share the last 3 times I’ve been there steak has not been that great. I’ve eaten steaks here and they were fabulous! Not sure if they’ve changed meat suppliers or what but the ribeyes have been chewy and had gristly pieces. I’ll need to shift to something else next time we visit. My wife’s Squash Risotto was enjoyed, maybe a little more Gorgonzola than normal. My kids both enjoyed there meals. Appetizers and desserts were on point. Lastly our server was really good, knowledgeable, attentive and around just enough to keep an eye on everything.

Everything was good except our waiter, at the end of our meal he didn’t ask us if we wanted 2 tickets or 1 because we were 2 couples, & he just put one ticket on the table. When we ask him if he could give us 2 tickets he was happy about & said it would take a few minutes to redo the ticket. Then he put 2 tickets down & they were all messed up but I wasn’t going to ask him to redo it, we just didn’t give a big tip so that kind of dampened the evening.

Great food especially since we are gluten and dairy free. This was our anniversary and having dessert was a treat. Service was good and noise in the good range as we could talk and not get drowned out.
