Lauren E Spencer, DMD

Owner/Dentist

Dr. Spencer graduated from The University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2012 and is a second generation dentist, following in her father’s footsteps. She returned to her hometown of Madison in 2015 and joined Dr. Wall to form Madison Dental Health Partners. She acquires more than the required number of hours in continuing education, having completed courses in Surgery, Esthetics, TMJ treatment, and even obtained Laser Certification in 2013. Dr. Spencer’s favorite procedure is Invisalign (invisible braces) because she likes to look at the whole skeleto-dental unit as one system, rather than individual teeth. Dr. Spencer believes the office should offer patients the latest technology for the best possible long-term, whole-body health. Dr. Spencer is a member of the American Dental Association. When she is not working Dr. Spencer enjoys DIY home improvement, gardening, and hunting for treasures at the local flea market.

Alexander M Marti, DMD, MD, MS

Owner/Dentist - Certified Hybridge Doctor

Dr. Marti graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2012 and the School of Dentistry four years later. His advanced standing allowed him to pursue published research in the area of advanced digital imaging; completing his Masters degree in Oral Biology concurrently. Dr. Marti’s experience in medicine and surgery have poised him for success as a general dentist with a knack for surgical techniques. He has completed implant training in the surgical placement and restoration of mini-implants and conventional implants, allowing for a wider array of treatment options available in-house. Dr. Marti is a member of both the American Dental Association and the American Medical Association. He and his wife, Lauren, like to approach dental care from the perspective of whole body health. In his free time, Alex enjoys watching, coaching, and playing sports, and all things outdoor.

Emily C Young, DDS

Dr. Young is from Charlestown, IN and is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Young values forming relationships with patients while providing compassionate and comfortable dental care. Dr. Young enjoys general dentistry and joined the profession with the intention of being a lifelong learner. She keeps up to date with advancements in dentistry through continuing education in a range of topics. Dr. Young is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and Southeastern Indiana Dental Association. Dr. Young and her husband, Chris, enjoy going to concerts, trying new food spots, spoiling their dog, and traveling to visit friends and family.

Bev Tucker

Office Manager

Bev is the Office Manager and the linchpin of the practice. She has been here since 1986. She is a lifelong resident of Jefferson County and attended Hanover College before starting her career in the dental field. Bev is happily married to Michael Tucker, together have three grown sons. She enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with her family.

Elizabeth Brown

Front Office/Patient Coordinator

Elizabeth graduated from Dental Assisting school at Ivy Tech in Columbus, IN where she also earned her Radiology certification. Thanks to her extensive training, Elizabeth is able to work both chairside and in the front office. What she loves most about her job is getting to know all the smiling patients. In her spare time, she enjoys doing DIY projects for her home and taking walks downtown.

Valerie Mains

Dental Hygienist

Val earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry and has been with the practice since 1994. Val lives in Crothersville and has two children, Micah and Abby. She is active in her church, where she plays the piano and sings. Some of Val’s favorite interests are being outdoors, bargain shopping, and finding great, new recipes to cook and share with others.

Sarah Wimpee

Dental Hygienist

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Southern Indiana in 2013. As a Madison native, she is happy to be providing oral healthcare in the town she loves. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, walking in beautiful downtown Madison, and creating clay jewelry.

Melody Fields

Dental Hygienist

Melody graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her dental hygiene degree in 1993. Melody’s favorite thing about her job is developing long lasting relationships while enhancing the oral health of her patients. Melody is married to her high school sweetheart. Together, they have two grown children, and three grandchildren (with another on the way). She enjoys spending time with family, her church family, and the outdoors. She also has several hobbies including sewing, reading, and writing.

Bobbi Baker

Dental Assistant

Bobbi has been a Dental Assistant at this location since 1982. She is a graduate of New Washington High School and the Louisville College of Medical and Dental Careers. She is certified in Radiology. Bobbi enjoys assisting patients with their dental treatments and enjoys the thrill of a good quality result. In her free time, Bobbi enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Shelby Sparkman

Dental Assistant

Shelby is a native of Jefferson County and graduated from Dental Assisting school at Caris College in 2015. Shelby has two young children (a girl and a boy) who keep her busy. In her free time, Shelby enjoys adventurous RZR rides with her husband Matt and spending time with her family and friends.

Erica Womack

Dental Assistant

Erica has been with the office since 2017. Erica ventured in to the dental field after years of experience as a nail technician. She continues to stay busy working in both fields and enjoys making long lasting connections in both capacities. Erica is originally from Crystal River, Florida and is married to her husband Shane, together they have five children. When there is a free moment, Erica enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

Kaelie Renfro

Dental Assistant

Kaelie was born and raised in Jefferson county and became a dental assistant after years of experience in the medical field as a phlebotomist. She earned her radiology certification and has been trained in advanced imaging techniques. She appreciates working with each doctor and learning new things. Kaelie is married to her husband, Blake, and they have two sons. Kaelie enjoys being a boy mom, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with family.
