Absolutely HORRIBLE service, greedy behavior and damage to my photography gear. I will be consulting with my lawyer due to them not wanting to be responsible for their own gross decisions. They snatched my photography gear right out of my hands and threatened to kick me off flight. However, I saw multiple spots as well as empty top bins that they were allowing others to use. I was so confused! This is my lively hood and how I feed my children. When I landed at my layover, I asked another lady for my gear. I should add, I have tons of LITHIUM batteries due to it being for my photography business. They didn't care, not even a bit. So they potentially put everyone on that plane in harms way, because they snatched my bag, and ignored me when I stated there are LITHIUM batteries. I will be contacting my Lawyer, and I am pursuing legal actions against Southwest Airlines, the Flight Attendants and I will also be name dropping every single person who treated me so poorly for no reason other than they are playing God because they can. We PAY you for this service, yet you still treat us so horribly. It's not okay, and downright wrong.…
