Food is amazing, fresh, well seasoned and the portions are huge! Everything is fresh and hot. The restaurant is clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The special today was liver n onions, with yellow rice and gravy. I also got mac and cheese and yams and cornbread. ($12) I can't say enough nice things about this place. I am writing to bring to your attention a negative experience I had at your Atlantic location. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the poor customer service I received from your staff. Upon entering the establishment, I was not greeted by any of the staff members. The food line workers appeared to be in a bad mood and were quite rude. The lady in charge of serving drinks was disrespectful and appeared to be ill-tempered. Additionally, the cashier did not speak at all. I am a regular customer of Soul Food Bistro and have never experienced such poor service before. I am writing to you in the hope that you will take this opportunity to educate your employees about the importance of providing an excellent customer service experience.
