He ran twice I believe before making it past the primaries, during those times it seemed like a joke, like Pat Robertson running

Pat Robertson running for president joke was exactly what I thought of when one of the guys at work told me about trump. I was in the JW cult most of my life and voting was forbidden. After I escaped the cult, voting was never on my radar....until trump won. To my shame I realized he won because people like me didn't vote. I registered and will never and have never missed a vote since.
