First of all they don't take cash. Cash is king. They charge you more than it would be on a walk in. They are supposed to price match. They don't I was on the phone with both customer services for nothing.worst experience ever. Parking 22 dollars a day maintenance fees 43 dollars a day and they don't clean the room daily unless you request it and you are there more than3 days . Mediocre experience .

We are very sorry to read that you and your family were unhappy with your stay at Skyline Hotel & Waterpark. We are sorry to read that our no cash policy was a problem for your during your stay with us. Forms of payment are up to the discretion of the property and no cash is quickly becoming an industry standard as hotel payments are typically several hundred dollars or more per payment and we simply do not wish to hand those volumes of cash, we therefore accept electronic payment only. Skyline Hotel & Waterpark does offer a price match if the advertised rate is currently available and if said inventory remains available, we have Guest Service Supervisors and Managers on duty whom can handle your price matching needs. I am confused about Maintenance Fee's of $43 as after reviewing your bill I see a Resort Fee of $12.95 per day as well as your parking fee. No, we do not offer stay over service automatically for a two night stay, our stayover service takes place every 3rd night and again this is becoming an industry standard. We apologize for your experience and hope to one day change your mind about us. Thank you for your review.

Noise levels very high at this Hotel.
In the Deluxe Family Room the Air conditioner did not go below 72 degrees.
The bathroom fans only work between 8 am and 10 pm.
The Shampoo dispenser was broken.
But The Water Park was very fun.

My family of 15 and my 3 week old grandson book 4 rooms at the skyline/ waterpark hotel to celebrate mothers day. On arrival the receptionist were very friendly, however, it was a warm day and our rooms were hot. We went to turn on the A/C but it was not working. Two of our rooms luckily had small windows which we opened. On bringing the a/c not working issue to the receptions notice we were told the a/c will work the next day. We were only staying 1 night this was not a solution for us. When we enquired about a refund so that we could change hotels they said " you booked 3rd party so call them to issue a refund, when they call us at the hotel we will authorize the refund".. this took an hour of our time and no help from anyone at the hotel. Finally 3rd party sent email confirmation of refund so we went and booked at Four point by Sheratan hotel this included working A/C! !!!

We are very sorry to read that you did not stay with us at Skyline Hotel & Waterpark. Please know that the A/C issue was brought to my attention during the course of the day and it was turned on for guest comfort. We are sorry that the A/C was not running while you were here and perhaps would have made your arrival more enjoyable. We are sorry that our staff was unable to assist with third parties. The third party booking sites do not want to and will not deal with the hotel, the reservation is yours, the credit card used to pay is yours, they need to talk to you. It is not a matter of wanting to help but we do apologize for all of the frustration here. We hope to one day change your mind about us. Thank you.

This was our first time visiting Skyline during the summer. We have gone twice during the winter months, but came this year so we could also see the falls in the summer.
Everything was fantastic! Check-in was busy but they moved each guests through quickly and made the process great.
Our room was clean, tidy and on the bottom level of the courtyard. Although you can hear footsteps above, it was within reasonable hours and by no means an issue.
We got a breakfast package with our stay, which was well worth it. The breakfast is offered at Perkins next door, which is super convenient and offers good portion sizes for about $15-ish a person. The package saved a good deal and we enjoyed it both mornings, only steps away from our room.
The convenience of being able to walk through the skywalk to the waterpark is amazing!
Location and proximity to the falls is great.
Overall great stay, great price and great location.

This was our last trip before Covid in March 2020 and this was our first trip after April 2022. The skyline and Waterpark is amazing for families. Last weekend we brought 5 families and the kids and parents had a blast. Yes, the courtyards can be loud but it’s quiet after 10pm. If you are strict on your kids bedtime I recommend not getting a courtyard room. It’s a vacation so we let the kids stay up later than usual. This trip is for kids. As for the rooms they are clean, the staff is great and the courtyards are a great place to relax or have a coffee. If you check in Friday afternoon the front desk will be quiet and you will most likely be able to check in early. If you check in Saturday afternoon the front lobby will be a zoo. Overall, the skyline is a much better location, set up and Waterpark than other ones in the area especially if you have younger children. We will definitely be back!

After 2 years of not going anywhere as a family we were so excited to finally be able to. After booking a rather expensive Waterpark package we were dissapointed that they could not include breakfast and that we were not allowed in the water park past 3 the next day.
We found an old contact lens in one of the sheets, a charger still plugged into the wall from the last person who stayed here, black on the sheets and curtains, no TV remote, no comforters, and they threw top sheets on the mattresses instead of fitted sheets. When the TV remote was delivered the man knocked on the door and then walked right in to our room! Oh and make sure to bring your own towels for the Waterpark
We will not be back.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We didnt get our room until 6pm and our room smelled like vomit and baby powder and they refused to move us to another room until afternoon the next day. The cleaning staff came and sprayed the carpet and left the bottle for us that was the "cleaning" they offered. They offered us 75 dollars off which I didn't think was enough. The hotel itself is rundown and dirty garbage overflowing, dirty towel bin overflowing. Also my sister in law was charged for her room and our room after I had paid for my own. I would not recommend staying here.

We have traveled to a few different waterparks. From the beginning this one was different. There were two people working the desk for check-in, with 20 or so people waiting in line for their room keys. Everywhere we went the carpets were dirty. The place needs an update, everything is quite dated. We refused housekeeping our first night with the promise of getting a Starbucks gift card. The card never was given to us. The fire alarm went off the morning we were leaving- we all had to exit. No explanation was given when we were permitted to return.

Stayed here with a large group of 37, 18 of them being under the age of 7.
Hotel: the hotel is good... the rooms could definitely use some updating. The courtyards are great for letting the kids play with their toys together in a space that is not congested like the hotel room would be. That being said the courtyard noise is not blocked out by the windows whatsoever and the curtains do nothing to hide the light. We had a noise machine and did what we could to ensure that naps could happen.
Pool access: very convenient access to waterpark. Don’t even have to go outside!
Overall: would recommend
