Skip Brittenham Tapped for Keynote Interview at Variety’s Inaugural ‘Power of Law’ Event

Skip Brittenham, founding partner at Ziffren Brittenham LLP, will participate in a keynote conversation at Variety’s inaugural Power of Law event on April 14 in Beverly Hills.

“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to hear and learn from one of the most brilliant entertainment attorneys and powerbrokers in this business,” says Variety’s co-editor-in-chief, Claudia Eller, who will conduct the keynote interview with Brittenham at the breakfast. “There’s no one in Hollywood who doesn’t respect Skip’s innovative deal-making prowess, his vast knowledge of the industry and experience masterminding some of Hollywood’s biggest deals.”

The Power of Law breakfast will celebrate Variety‘s annual Legal Impact Report, which profiles the best legal minds working across all segments of the entertainment business. This invite-only event will be attended by studio and network executives, top in-house attorneys, litigators and transactional lawyers in entertainment, whose work has helped shape the industry over the past year.

Kenneth Kleinberg, founding partner of Kleinberg, Lange Cuddy & Carlo, will be honored at this event with Variety’s first-ever Power of Law award for using his influence to make a significant contribution to University Kidney Research Organization (UKRO), a nonprofit group (of which he is the founder and president) dedicated to supporting medical research related to the prevention, treatment, and eradication of kidney disease. The award will be presented by Variety’s VP, executive editor, Steven Gaydos.
